Hello, I am reaching out in regards to three separate charges from Coursiv via my PayPal account. I have been going back with the company via email for about a week and a half now, through the info provided by my PayPal receipts, this compan's practices are deceptive and far from transparent. I am no stranger to subscription services as I have ******** Prime, and other services that I keep track of. Upon reconciling my PayPal I noticed Corsiv charges of $99.97 through the payments listed below. I genuinely have no idea what this company even is. I attempted to log into the compan's site via the info provided by PayPal. When I requested a password reset the company site said it did not recognize my email. Upon reaching out to the company and requesting a refund, as I have not been active or even using their services - the customer service team said they investigated and found that they could not refund my monies. I honestly just want my money back - at least the two charges of $39.99. I never even used the services. I do not even know what services the Coursiv offers.Coursiv is extremely dishonest, immoral, and scams individuals out of money. I requested cancellation/refund on February 1st. They responded on the 2nd after I had been charged $39.99 and asked for additional information. I gave them additional information regarding the transaction such as my email address and screenshots of the receipts. They continued to ask for more information such as the exact time of the transaction because they couldn't find my transaction record. They then proceeded to tell me on 2/7/24 that they are not refunding me. I feel scammed and that this company is not legitimate based on their questioning of the transaction record.
