    This is pretty much useless. Not really engaging at all and more than likely was crated with AI. It’s built like a word game where you plug and play to fill in the words of a sentence in the “playground” to progress. The app is buggy and It’s a bit embarrassing that they are selling this as “training” and taking people’s money. You would be much better of spending the same amount of time searching for YouTube videos from the respective AI application and learning that way around your level of understanding as opposed to working through an app that feels like a child’s game “So You Want To Learn AI?” Sort of thing. Asked for a refund. Great ads/marketing campaign but feels like a bait and switch. Not everyone learns the same way and this app forces us all to a Pre-K level. Do NOT recommend.

    I was not impressed. The product has some interesting and engaging content up front, but beyond that there seems to be mostly filler content. I didn't immediately cancel the subscription and forgot about the product.
    I was charged for the second round of subscription without any notification prior, otherwise I would have absolutely cancelled before-hand. I cancelled the subscription within a few hours of the charge, but was informed that the company will not issue refunds and that I have the great privilege of simply having access to the product for that 84 day period. Again, I'm not impressed with the product and frankly it's not worth $79.99 for a 12-week subscription and am working with my bank to revoke the transaction.
    I'm going to continue filing complaints elsewhere.

    I think that they allowed one email address to make two different accounts a year or so apart, pay for the second account, not allow it to be shown on the site or app, and then refuse to fix it or refund, despite several pleading emails. These guys are thieves.

    This company does not send invoices before they charge your account. I've also never recieved a receipt. They are not responsive to emails as I have been waiting for a reply since October. You can learn everything they teach on YouTube for free.
