    On 4/13/23 I contacted AAA Anytime *** for a vehicle transport quote. Was told that the price quoted is guaranteed with a credit card hold until the signed service agreement is returned. I requested a copy of said agreement for review. Was told no service provided until the signed agreement is received by AAA Anytime. Upon review, the terms were not acceptable and the overall document seemed suspicious. My wife began reading numerous reviews and there were many 1 star reviews with complaints from no service received, rude customer service, vehicle not delivered, getting hung up on, etc Over the next several days, AAA Anytime continued to call and ask for signed agreement and kept saying that they could not pick up vehicle without signed agreement. Then the calls stopped. S***e we did not feel comfortable using AAA Anytime, we decided to book with a company that had better reviews. We told the dealership/previous owner in my that the planned pick up date was 4/20. The reputable pick up transport company called saying they would be arriving within the hour to pick up on 4/20. I notified the previous owner. Shortly thereafter, I received a call from the previous owner in my that there was a problem. On 4/19, a driver picked up the vehicle in ** without our permission and loaded into the transport truck. Again, nothing was ever signed with AAA anytime. We did not find out about the the illegal pick up until the next morning from the previous owner. The vehicle was stored at a dealership, and the dealership knew it was being picked up, but it was not to be picked up by AAA anytime. Upon review of credit card, AAA anytime charged ** without a signed contract on 4/13! $1198.00. AAA anytime was finally reached after several messages and said their carrier prime track *** picked up the vehicle. I asked how and was given no explanation. The vehicle arrived on 4/24 but was not released because the carrier said AAA anytime didn't pay, we owed cash $1398.

    Very simply put: ***** single thing that is stated in this complaint is a flat out lie, period.

    Any consumer who makes a booking with ** is charged the full amount while making the booking, it has been that way for the past 5 decades!

    If this consumer did book with ** then we would have picked up the vehicle.

    Also, we do not accept cash, only debit or credit card.

    Company took my money and did not provide the service the promised. Company representative would not return calls. When I finally reached them they cursed me out and told me to go F myself. I hired them to transport a vehicle and they never showed up or called and won't offer a refund

    It would seem the ****************** is at best unstable and may want to consider seeking our professional help.

    In December 2022 I purchased a motorcycle from a dealership in ********, *********. Since I live in ************** I needed to have it shipped. on January 2, 2023 I Contacted a shipper, AAA Anytime, *** and arranged for the shipment. They required a payment of $798 in advance which I paid. Between that time and January 12 they promised four different definite pick-up dates and all four dates they failed to show up. Each time they had an excuse, driver problem, truck problem, scheduling problem, etc. Then they stopped taking my calls and I could no longer get a call back after leaving a request. I had to get the motorcycle shipped or risk losing it so on January 16 I had no choice but to call another shipping company. This company picked it up three hours after my call. I contacted my credit card company and disputed the charge with AAA Anytime. The second company delivered the motorcycle to my residence two days later. On the same day it was delivered I received a call from a man at AAA Anytime. He said they picked up the motorcycle the day before and said since I disputed the charge he wanted to know how I was going to pay for it. I told him another shipper had already picked it up but he insisted it was on his truck. I called the dealership and was told AAA Anytime had never shown up this fifth time. When my credit card company investigated, AAA Anytime reported to them that the service had been rendered successfully so they placed the charge back onto my card. I can no longer get in contact with AAA Anytime so they have the $798 I paid them and have done absolutely nothing. I would recommend anyone needing a vehicle shipped to avoid AAA Anytime, Inc.

    I am rejecting this response because: AAA Anytime definitely did not transport my motorcycle.  On Feb 13 you requested proof of delivery from them.  The latest response you sent me was from Feb 10.  The dealership where I purchased the motorcycle says AAA Anytime has never shown up there.  ************** is the company that transported the bike.  If AAA Anytime thinks the transported it, I would be very interested in the *** number of the motorcycle they picked up or even the make, model and color.  After the third failure to show up, a lady I spoke with said she just may have to refund me.  However, I can no longer work with them because they will neither ************* nor return them.

    I am rejecting this response because:  His latest response is completely false.  AAA Anytime has NOT shipped three vehicles of any kind for me.  I would be VERY interested in seeing the list of vehicles he claims to have shipped for me.  He will not provide such a list, however, because it doesn't exist.  He cannot even provide proof of shipment for the vehicle in question.

    It seems he will never work with me on this.  He has simply taken my money and provided no service at all in return.

    **************, the company that actually shipped my motorcycle, picked it up three hours after my initial call to them and delivered it two days later.  In the future I will call ************** every time.

    Put out a interenet request for auto transport on 12/12/2022. 12/13 *** from AAA Anytime *** called provided a reasonable quote, a good schedule, and a cancellation policy that worked for us. We were buying a car from an out of state dealer (*******) and were awaiting the results of an independent inspection. *** said we could pay now and still cancel as long as it was 48 hours in advance of the Saturday pick up...so on or by Thursday. He assured me that "on or by Thursday 12/15 was written in the contract but I had to pay now to secure my spot. So we gave him the credit card over the phone, he charged it...and the contract did not come...until Thursday, and when it did it had none of the cancellation language he promised over the phone. Then he said that since I did not sign the contract I was not a customer so I couldn't call customer support to get a refund. Its a total scam. Part of the scam is the 165 5 star reviews they list from a company called TransportReviews. That's why I picked them. After the scam I clicked further on those reviews and there were many 1 star complaints but somehow they weren't listed...a completely deceptive business practice. Yelp has 97 1 star reviews and even BBB as 27 complaints. I'm just adding to the pile. They need to be stop. This isnt a bad business this is a fraudulent business scamming consumers. BBB should do something about it.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    It is completely untrue, they did take our money and provided no service.

    Proof: 

    We used my wife's credit card (*******************) and you can see the charge from AAA Anytime for $698 on the 12th. This is the exact amount $698 on the contract they sent two days after the fact. Note the contract says **** or ****, and that the $698 amount has been charged, even with no signed contract. 

    Note this is part of the fraud...they take your money and then say you don't exist.  If you look on many of their complaints, they say the same thing, "This guy is not a customer" - which might be fine a couple of times, but 92 times? These guys are bad. The fact you give them even a "B" is a disservice to the consumers you're trying to protect.

    I entered into an agreement with Anytime, *** (who represent themselves as AAA Anytime, Inc. on their website) for vehicle transport NH to ** on 09/28/22. Anytime, ***. (A***) provided me with a contract to sign and return. They processed my payment immediately and assigned me a pick-up date range: of 10/04/22-10/05/22. Vehicle was to be picked up from my automotive repair business located at my residence which is electronically monitored 24/7. I received a call from A*** on the evening of 10/04/22 @ 5:44pm stating carrier had a hydraulic issue and would not be arriving to pick up the vehicle. A*** contact "***" stated they would call me in the morning 10/6/22 with a new plan. There was no call to reschedule. I was unable to reach Ainc all day on 10/05/22. The customer service number was not working. I reached someone in the booking department, they hung up on me. Fearing a scam, I contacted my bank and filed a fraud dispute. My bank advised me to contact A*** to communicate that the bank would be resolving. I did so at 1:55pm on 10/6/22. I never received any further contact from A***. As supporting evidence, I have all incoming and outgoing phone records to my sole contact # of record A***. **** alleged to my bank that I cancelled the contract. ****'s contract states in Provision 9, "Notification of cancellation must be in writing to AAA Anytime PRIOR to pickup(sp) dates or remaiming(sp) balance will be charged to credit card used for payment" -please note name difference from registered business. I had not and have not cancelled this contract in writing or otherwise. A*** never contacted me post 10/04 call. Ainc broke this contract and provisions by not providing me with the Motor Carrier name, address, and contact number for my claim regarding failure to complete the contracted service per Provision 5 of the A*** contract. Unless contacted and resolved, I will seek legal remedy in ******, per Ainc contract provision 12 for failure to honor Ainc's contract.

    Date of Transaction: 8/26/22 Amount paid:$998.00 I called AAA on 8/26/2022 to have them pick up my car from *********, ** to be transported to *******, ** on 10/3/2022 with a delivery date of 10/7/2022. An agreement was signed and full payment made on 8/26/2022 to Anytime **** Come 10/3/2022they were a no show. I called on 10/***** said the truck was getting maintenance in DC and would be there later in the daythen I called back later in the day ..they said truck was in ****** and 20 min awaynever showed up..no show..the next day 10/5they picked my car up at 8:00pm with me having a 6am flight the next morning and I had to go pick up a few blocks over because the driver stated his truck could not be on the main street after 5pm. I had to repeatedly call Anytime to get an eta on the driver, one time he hung up on me. My car arrived a day latewhich inconvenienced me in *******. This was the worst experience I have ever had with any company. AAA was no better because they said they do not broker their jobs..false! They contracted my particular job out to Anytime *** with whom never gave me accurate information, was rude, unprofessional and caused nothing but confusion. They are terrible communicators who never called me back, it was hard to even understand what they were saying half the time. They lied about the location (ETA) of their driver, after a certain time didnt respond to calls, texts or voicemails. After all of that, the driver, the one who hung up on me, asked for a tip. The day of delivery he asked if I could come 30 minutes to come pick up my car instead of delivering it to the location on my contract. Terrible business practices. Terrible experience and I would NEVER do business with then again. Never received an apology, any kind of compensation, etc. They should be ashamed of themselves for treating paying customers so badly.

    We had used this company several times before, we even referred friends to them because we had such good experiences with them. This time was a disaster. We were immediately charged the entire shipping amount before a driver had even taken the bid. We were quoted a pick up date of ****, we hadn't received any communication from AAA Anytime, or any driver. So we called the ***** number, and the office number. There was no answer from the office number, and the man on the ***** number berated and yelled at us before hanging up the phone. We left a review on their ****** listing, and they then claimed that we weren't customers and that we were lying. We haven't had any communication with them since.
