I used my US bank rewards to purchase airline tickets and have not had a confirmation in over 4 days. RTI should be vetted by the bank as they are the only company that comes up to redeem travel awards.Initial Complaint

On April 27, I made a hotel booking online I booked a stay at *************************** I was unable to travel in the period that I had arranged and wanted to adjust the dates however, I was unable to get a hold of anyone in order to do that. I did not receive an email confirmation with the crucial pin number that I need to get any information so I was charged on my credit card through RTI/SW hotels for the full amount.Initial Complaint

Was billed $295.92 on ************** credit care on 3/31/2024 by RTI*SWHotels Appluse Hot *********** DE. I do not recognize this charge. I called the phone # and message from ******* says the number was discontinued. I contacted ********** and disputed the charge.Customer Answer

Hotel RTI ****************** American Airlines - ******** ************************************ ************** ** ***** Reference #*********- We cancelled our hotel room the first day we got there. We were there for 10 minutes taking pictures of live roaches, dead roaches in drawers, bathroom and floors. Urine stained sheets on the bed, many stains on the walls that looked like f**** Hotel refuses to refund me stating that they have a "no refund policy". We had to leave and look for another hotel room at night which was horrible as they were all booked. Finally found one hour later. We were not going to stay in that hotel. If one room has roaches and is dirty than they all have roaches and is dirty. They charged my credit card $237.30 for two nights which we did not stay there for any nights. I have been disputing, calling, writing letters, sending pictures and they still refuse to return my money. A no refund should not be honored if the rooms are dirty and unhealthy. I have severe COPD and cannot stay in an environment that is dirty. Nobody should be forced to stay in a bug infested hotel and be forced to honor a policy when the room is sight unseen. If the room was on fire would their policy still be active?Initial Complaint

I booked a hotel room at the *********** in *********. The amount of the room is $6,420.17. I was immediately sent a verification from my credit card company that my card was charged for this amount but I did not receive a confirmation email from ********* airlines with my reservation number. My understanding is that ********* Airlines outsources these bookings through Booking.com, but my credit card received the charge from RTI, whatever that is. Now, I need to cancel that hotel reservation. I contacted *********** in ********* and they cannot cancel because the reservation was made through a 3rd party. I have contacted Booking.com and they cannot help me without a reservation number and pin code. I have emailed them, phones them in ***************, and clicked links on their website for help, unable to get ANY help because I don't have the reservation number. I want to cancel this and can't. booked a hotel on 6/15/23 for ***************************** the hotel one night before our *********** back from the cruise and look at my credit card statement they had charged us $789 and they set us up for a monthly subscription. What business would do this to people without their consent? Called RTI at 3:11pCST on a Tuesday and the recording said they are not open.Recording did provide an email addresss: ****************************** which I emailed.RTI*AA Hotels pre-charged me for the reservation in the full amount of $8,477.04!I am an American Airlines Advantage member booking travel on the AA.com site. After booking the airline tickets, I then went on to book a hotel. Now, AA has no record of the hotel. ****** has no record of the hotel. But, the actual property/hotel does show a reservation under a confirmation # that no one recognizes.Initial Complaint

I have no idea who this is merchant is and I started getting monthly debits from account for $5.59, every month on the 10th. I have not signed uo for anything from this company nor have I ever received an invoice or a receipt. The charges are coming from RTI*SWHotels L. Absolute garbage.Initial Complaint

Booked a hotel at ************** hotel for a one night stay for March 19th. I booked the reservation through ************************* on Feb 19 with free cancelation by 3/17. I was told SW uses Booking.com, however on my credit card the charge is listed as RTI*SWHotels. I was charged $292.66 immediately. I never received an email confirmation and I needed to cancel reservation during their free cancelation period. Its impossible to cancel the reservation through booking.com without a confirmation number and pin number that would have been on the confirmation Email, but I never received it. I called SW airlines who said I must talk to booking.com. I called and emailed booking.com multiple times, however they will not help without confirmation number and pin number. They can not even send me a confirmation email (so I can get the numbers) without me providing them the numbers first! I have spent hours working on trying to get my reservation canceled through booking.com and my credit. I did call the hotel and they noted I called to cancel during the free cancelation period, however they cant issue a credit, that has to come from booking.com. This is beyond frustrating.
