    THEY ARE IMPOSTER I ORDERED STUFF FOR $2000 AND THEY ONLY SENT ME JUST A COUPLE PCS OF THEM IT'S BEEN ALMOST 3 WEEKS AND IT IS NOT POSSIBLE TO CONTACT THEM PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THEM THEY ARE STEALLER

    I placed an order with the correct shipping address, but the order was shipped to the wrong State and the wrong address. I emailed customer service twice with no response, and the phone number they have listed is automated and useless. I can't get anywhere with this company, and customer service is non-existent. I will not be doing business again with them.

    I spent $72 for some coils. A tracking label was created but USPS tracking states they have not received it. This company, Vape Wholesale USA, said they sent it. At first they responded to my emails telling me it was sent and the tracking label must have been defective and to wait 5-7 days. I have waited more than that and they no longer respond to my emails. Beware of this company if you do not want to get ripped off.

    Had an issue with an order and being sent the wrong product. I told them I'm leaving out of town for work in 7 days. Is there any way you can ship out the correct product now and I'll send the wrong product back. I was told no and the only way to guarantee that I receive the correct product is to purchase the product again or return the product and wait for the correct one. After back and forth emails, I've come to the conclusion that they will not inconvenience themselves to make things right. I highly discourage anyone to order from this place unless its your last resort. Here's my final email to them:
    "Once again this an inconvenience for me and not a mutual inconvenience. I did nothing wrong and suggested a solution that would minorly inconvenience the both of us. You clearly said no. You want me to either purchase the product again or wait until you receive the product to issue the correct product. Meanwhile I'm heading out of town next week for work. You clearly don't care about customer satisfaction or owning up to the mistake you clearly made. Once again I am the one that's being inconvenienced here and you're not helping one but other than to cover your own end. Hence the 1 star rating."

However, we find that it is standard business procedure to have the customer return the item first before we then send the corrected item to you. This is to ensure formality in us each doing our parts. We absolutely are keen on rectifying this as soon as possible, but you must return the item first. Then we can get to sending the item you actually need. Thank you.

    Customer service number is not staffed. This company doesn't respond to customer communications at all. On my last order, company failed to ship all items, and it will not respond to inquiries about missing products. Placed a 2k order almost a week ago, and products have not shipped from facility, nor has company responded to my communications. This company has either recently been sold to an uncaring 3rd party or it is on its way out. I have been a customer of this company for years and I have never seen this type of behavior. I am a retailer.

    Customer service phone number does not work & they do not respond to emails. I placed my first order 10 business days ago & order still says processing. No one answers emails on an eta for when the vapes will ship nor tell me how to cancel the order. Very disappointed in their customer service I’m out $120 and still have no real update.

    Twice! On both orders they gave me “store credit” for the pack of 10 vapes. When I paid for shipping on the entire order. Terrible terrible service. If you don’t have the items in stock update your inventory online so people don’t purchase something you don’t have!. Also, why are you giving store credit, refund the card that was used to purchase! They put up items they don’t have, sell you and store credit you for the missing item and don’t refund for part of the shipping! I haven’t received any contact from them on the previous order as well. They just refunded me for the item and not part of the shipping. Don’t buy from here!

    I have had issues with 2 separate orders. They have sent fake or bad vapes! I have called with no one answering the phones. Just a message that’s says to email. I have emailed several times and no response. I do not recommend doing business with them. You will get ripped off!

    I was kind of on the fence when I was first thinking of placing an order with this company due to mixed reviews I was reading. However I placed a small order anyway and I'm so glad I did ! Their products are phenomenal and Customer Service is second to None. Not to mention how great the prices are. If you are considering Vape Wholesale USA as your supplier, whether for business or personal use you can not go Wrong !

    I LOVE this company!!!! Jake is our sales rep and let me tell you, he's a rockstar!! He's always getting me extra discounts and applying coupons to our orders. He's the BEST!
    We always get our order within a few days. We've ordered countless times and every order has been perfect! No issues whatsoever. Highly recommend this company!
