    I have placed an order for 2 items on February 2. I received one item within reasonable time. My account showed item 2 is being processed. I paid the shipping for both items. On February 14, I received an email stating that my account was credited for the second item since it was out of stock.
    I contacted the seller expressing my concern that I paid shipping for 2 items and another email was send to me saying that a credit for half of the shipping will be credited to my account. I asked for the missing/delayed item to be shipped since it is in stock on the same day I received the credit; I was told to place another order. I tried to reorder the missing item but they want to charge me full shipping for the missing item ( same amount I paid for the original order of the 2 items). I asked why the item was not shipped to me since it is in stock now. Credit was issued on February 14 and the item is in stock as of February 14. The representative stated" Because we did not know when the item will be back in stock, and I apologize Mo, crediting you back for half the shipping from the previous order is the best we can do at this time" .
    Not happy with their answer and how they handle the issue based on how they feel not based what is the best solution to the customer issue. Making extra money from an issue they created.

    Hello Mo. We apologize greatly for the inconvenience, and for this delayed response. Due to issues in shipping logistics we were still dealing with then after a flurry of holiday and post-holiday orders, our policy and resources at the time could only mediate the issue to the extent you experienced in February. Our company ships from a number of different warehouses spread out across the country and shortcomings in our supply chain led to this outcome. We've since refined our system to accommodate for issues like this by reorganizing stored stock in a more sensible way in each warehouse. We take full responsibility for the issue you experienced and pledge to not repeat it again.

    I've placed 2 separate orders with this company and both times my order was received within 3 days and I used flat rate shipping, I bought a 10-pack of disposable vapes both times and no problems out of them, they all taste great and I get the expected use out of them
