    I hired this guy named Tony who claimed to be a photographer and does video commercials to shoot my private training gym. After discussing what I needed he informed me that in fact he could perform the project and supply models he showed me photos of models he worked with before and I agreed based on the pictures he showed me. This agreement was on June 6th and he quoted me the total price of the amount of $750 for 2 hours work which included the 2 models for the date on June 24th. He requested a deposit of $375. Which I paid .After confirming the date I sent him the plan as well as the script for the commercial several days passed I texted him regarding the email I sent him to review to which he stated he had not had the chance. A day before before the shoot on the 23rd. There is no models yet he stated he didn’t know if the models were in fact confirmed then he texted me a picture of another model which I told him no she wasn’t what I needed for the look of a person in a gym setting. He informed me I didn’t tell him the models needed to be in gym attire! This whole time he acknowledged he knew what he was doing had in fact done this before I sent him pictures of my gym on the 6th but he didn’t know this was a gym shoot? Really? He got agitated at me not to argue about it and said ok he would get another model with much attitude I asked him was this in fact his first gig? Because there’s no way he knew what he was doing. Then he sent me a picture of a girl that lol resembles nothing like a model with a hoodie in sweats! Enough I told him he was very unprofessional and wasted my time ,money due to the fact I had to lose time by canceling my clients to use the gym for the shoot! At this point I contacted my bank to file a report. What has happened to the quality of service from hiring people to do a job that they supposedly are an expert at?
