    I used my coin cloud wallet to purchase $1600 of bitcoin through a bitcoin ATM kiosks on May, 8, 2024. I got a printed confirmation on the purchase from the bitcoin machine. However it has never shown up on the my apps. I have tried to call the support number for help on the coin cloud app and the phone is no longer available and support tab for chat is no longer functioning. So I called a phone number I had programmed into my phone for help used in the past. All was to not reaching anyone. This concerned me greatly. I have texted as well with no responses. I tried reaching out to bitcoin through the apps and numbers available with no responses back. My money is lost out in crypto world.

    Bought btc on 11/2/23 on my coincloud wallet.the amount never showed up in wallet my wallet page says network error through numerous calls find out coincloud filed bankruptcy and that my bitcoin was now in blockchain not in my wallet the problem is I cant get my bitcoin to any other wallet address because when you go to make the sell or transfer it says I have zero balance on that address and wallet because coincloud has shut it down I just want to know how I can get to my bitcoin and do something with it if I cant use the address and scan code its under to transfer it to another wallet all transactions ask for the wallet address before you can make the transaction and that is when it is denied the amount bought was 3000.00$. Cant get any help from anyone let alone reach a live person for answers who can I contact that can actually help get this money to a different wallet and out of blockchain

    I purchased Bitcoin through CoinCloud twice around the first week of June 2023 . One for the sum of $1,300 and one for the sum of $1,500 .The values never became available to my wallet .The customer service told me that a company wide system upgrade has delayed things and it should be uo and running soon . Then a generic recording of the same thing was all I could get while calling the number at later dates. I see that many others have had the same issue . I am wanting a refund of my $2,800 from the company .

    I want to know why the coincloud atm in the store has been upgrading for few weeks and when will the atm start functioning again .

    March 10,2023 Received a payment of $300.00 To my coin cloud wallet cant send it to another bitcoin wallet coin cloud has done nothing but give me the run around saying they are working to resolve the issues yes here it is 6 months later and still havent fixed the issue i just want my payment .

    Has not refunded my money. The transaction was made in June 2023. Refund should have been released no later than August 8th.

    Ive deposited $1600 into my coin cloud wallet. Ive since learned that there is an internal error - code 500. (The company has been using a software update as an excuse since JUNE!) **** code is an INTERNAL server problem. I have zero control over this. Ive also learned that coin cloud just claimed bankruptcy. Ive called and Ive emailed and Ive heard not a word back. Is this company literally going to walk away with my money and not even respond??? Where is my money?

    I put $5800 in a coincloud atm on June 9th 2023 at 9:54am. The money was used to purchase bitcoin. This bitcoin was never received. They stopped answering phones **** their atms are still working.I just received a letter from a bankruptcy court for coincloud. They said I may or may not get the money back and it will take months.This is unsatisfactory I have already waited an over a month. If theres anything you can do to help I would appreciate it. Im sure there are people still putting money in there machine and its not right.
