    I ordered a bottle of the slim xcel keto acv gummies on April 11, 2024. On May 25, 2024, I was charged $279.99 for another shipment which I had not ordered. They auto sign people up for a subscription and you have to opt out in order for it to stop. I called them immediately to cancel the subscription and the order. They informed me that they would cancel the subscription (they have) and that I could return the product for a full refund or they would give me $100 if I chose not to go through the hassle of returning them items. As soon as the product was received, I immediately sent it back to them. The tracking number for the return was LM201691475CA They received the product on June 28, 2024. They originally told me it would take 3-5 business days for the refund. When I inquired on July 8, 2024, they informed me that We appreciate you getting back to us on this matter. We received notification from the warehouse that your returned items were checked and verified for the products SlimXcel Keto+ACV Gummies. Upon processing the refund an error occurred and unfortunately, the refund wasdeclined.Another option for the refund is to process it through an E-check(Electronic Check). Kindly reply to this email, with the email address you prefer the e-check to be sent.Since this time I have sent 6 emails asking when I will receive the refund. The last email they sent was Were still waiting to hear back from our financial department. Please allow us some more time to follow up with them. We greatly appreciate your ongoing patience.I have indicated that I have been more than patient and I dont feel they have any intention of providing a refund.
