    I would never ever buy anything again from Slim Xcel Keto Acv. I am a regular on line customer of various companies, but I have never experienced being treated with such disrespect as well as being lied to.
    I too had placed an order with them, paid for it and on top of that I did not loose any weight. Then suddenly another order arrived and before hand i had made contact and advised that I was not interested to receive any more...they cancelled the automatic repeats, and i was to now send the package (NEVER OPENED) back to them ..specific instructions were given to me and i followed them 100%. I mailed this order back in original package (advised by Post Office ) as it was in excellent shape) on 19.04.2024 at 14:36:25 ; with a new Printed Label for this package with the RMA # at a cost to me of $26.19. TRACKING NO. indicated it was received by Slim Xcel Keto Acv on the 24.04.2024. I was charged for this UNWANTED AUTOMATIC RENEWAL $278.13 which I immediately returned to them at a cost of $26.19.. On the 8.04.2024 they issued a Refund of $ 99.39 US which at that time equalled to $137.87CDN; advising that the balance of the Refund would be forthcoming upon receipt of Returned Package . I received a Refund of $49.39 US which at time equalled to $67.12 CDN.
    Therefore Slim Xcel Keto Acv still ows me in CDN Funds a total of $73.14.....they now want me to accept $25. to pay for their repacking etc. etc.NEVER EVER HAS THAT BEING ASKED OF ME BEFORE.......they keep saying they are waiting for
    their FINANCIAL DEPARTMENT to settle problem. This is now 7 months now and I have received NOTHING.
    THIS COMPANY SHOULD BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE .....same form letter comes every time I ask what is happening.
    CONSUMERS......DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY...IF THERE IS A PROBLEM...YOU PAY THE PRICE
