    Worse company paid for a unlimited plan and I have done 2 orders one on Jan 8 and other on Jan 12 both or processing have not been mailed out today Feb 3

    Worst!!!!!!!!! Company. Ever. On the. Planet!!!!!!!!!! They never did. Anything to send any letters. Or. Greeting cards. They never sent them what a. Waste. Of company and time. Hopefully. They run out. Of business!!!!! Asap

    First of all I paid for unlimited letters/pictures but there was a limit of 5 pictures, & I wasn’t allowed to send more until the first order was completed. Same with letters, every time I checked the pigeonly website for an update it always said processing or printed for the first MONTH, so I know the delay wasn’t on the prisons end. It took an entire month & a half for both of them to finally arrive to my inmate so I’m not sure why the website says letters will be shipped within 24 hours that is very misleading. Every time I send a letter or pictures it’s taken 3 weeks minimum to arrive. It is a convenient service it will just take a very long time for the inmate to receive what you send.

    There was just something off from the start. So before purchased anything, I googled “is pigeon.ly legit”. That's when I came across all these reviews. So thank you, everyone who posted a review and helped me avoid the hassle. I did however want to test something to solidify what everyone else was saying. I went to add an inmate. Furthermore, I put my name (I've never been to jail or prison) with a made of number of about 8 digits, and I picked whatever correctional facility. The next page just solidifies that this is a SCAM. It said “they had found 1 match” and the following page was my name, with the made up number and the institution that I randomly selected. That just made me laugh, and I'm thankful that I was able to come across these reviews before investing any money into this!

    Complete fraud. Misleading company. False advertising. The company website says they ship within 24hrs. I paid for upgraded service. I sent a letter on 1/24 and as of today 2/5 it still has not been delivered. I called the jail to complain about this company they have opted for us us to go through only to find out there have been tons of complaints for the same reason. I called the company at 11am, 1pm, 2pm & 2:30pm with no answer and a voicemail that says call back during normal business hours. The chat live assistance in non existent. I emailed 3x and have yet to receive a response other than an auto generated response that says they’ll contact me within 24hrs. This company is complete fraud and needs to be canceled.

    Customer service sucks and they say they will call you back and dont 2 days goes by I call back they put me on hold and hung up and I called back 5 times and they wont answer and its always the same girl that answers mabey they should get some people who speak English and more than one so calls can be answered quickly zero stars

    No No do not use it! No the inmate had zero access to this. The inmate told me to use smart jail mail it is different for each jail. They have to pay $40 to get a tablet inside and this is not accessible. They only have access to a phone and 2 calls a day at my inmate’s jail. State inmate are treated differently than county inmates. I only know about this one jail.

    This company has charged my account several times without my permission. When I enquired each time, they did reimburse my account. However, the last time they reimbursed the $34.99, they charged my account again in the amountof $34.99, (3) more times within 2 days. I finally deleted my account and they agreed to reimburse the $104.97 to my PayPal account. This whole nightmare started in August and it still hasn't been resolved. They just keep giving me the runaround. Their last suggestion was to dispute it through my bank and they would accept the fee claim. When I tried to dispute it through my bank, my bank was unable to reimburse. They said since I used my debit/master card, and I was already in contact with the company on trying to get my money back, Master card won't refund the charges and I have to continue working it out with the company. Something needs done with this company. I beleive there has been enough complaints of fraud that something should be done.

    Fraud warning! I used this service once last year to send a letter to a loved one who was incarcerated. Months later I randomly started receiving WEEKLY charges for various amounts ranging from $20 - $35 - presumably to avoid being flagged by my bank as fraud. It took me a couple of months to notice and by then they'd racked up $1000 in unauthorised charges. I've reported to my bank and hope to recoup this money. So angry, especially that these scam artists are taking advantage of families and friends who are trying to offer support to people who are in a vulnerable situation. I recommend immediately canceling your credit card if you've ever used this service in the past.
