    Worthless service department. Held my watercraft for 7 months cause they didn't have the aptitude to fix the issue. No updates of status unless I called or sent an email. If it is a Rotax/BRP product, highly recommend not using this shop. Big waste of time and money on supposed experts. Worst customer service communication and service I have ever experienced.

    Do not do business with Yamaha of Las Vegas, if you might some day need service on the product you are buying. They get parts through *** and *** doesn't care if your parts ever get here. They are independent of the dealers and therefore have no influence on how poorly the customers are treated.
    I've waited 3 months for parts to repair my Spyder and even though the parts are here in the US, they are at other dealers and unavailable so I have to wait for the supplier to build new ones. As of today, Sept. 26, 2023, there is no projected delivery date for the part necessary to fix my bike.

    This review is from a customer named Jeff ******. He actually just left my dealership. He is upset that one of our manufacturers has a part on back order that we need to fix his motorcycle. I have explained to him several times that the backordered part is 100% out of my control, I am only the dealer not the manufacturer. We even went above and beyond to call quite a few dealers from around the country trying to find the part for him. He was offered compensation from *** (The manufacturer) for the downtime and inconvenience for the part not being available which he declined. I had to kick him out of my dealership today being he was being very aggressive towards me and using foul language to me and my employees. I would like you to remove his review as it truly is something out of my control. I am happy to attach the document showing his part that is on backorder as proof if you would like.

    I bought my 1st sxs from Yamaha of Las Vegas in January 2021. The experience was easy, flawless, and, beautiful. They helped me through my entire process and they were even able to find me a better interest rate. The team was extremely knowledgeable and showed me the the tools and parts I would need to upgrade for my vehicle. The service department Is fast and always willing to help with any issue they find. I had issues with on my car in the last year and they were able to talk me through the solutions. Parts always has what I need and if they can't they can't they can always find it and get it ordered for me. I'm always looking for the latest and greatest and they always have it for me. I will be taking all of my business to Yamaha of Las Vegas. Any kind of offroad needs, service, or parts I'm definitely going threw them. A grade in my book.

    I've bought several off-road vehicles as well as parts and accessories from Yamaha of Las Vegas. Staff is always friendly and genuinely wants to do right by their customers.

    Been dealing with Matt at Yamaha Canam of Las Vegas for many years from vehicles to tires to parts and have always gotten what I thought was a good deal and fair service. Thank you Matt!
