    Terrible customer service on an order that was delivered with missing items. Company refused to refund my money even though their own order status system showed the missing items as "in production". Do not buy from this company.

    I purchased business cards from freelogoservices.com on Christmas Eve I noticed I had made a few mistakes after I made the purchase and immediately began a chat with one of the support team in sales and they said I could cancel within 5 business days so Max the rep assured me it was canceled! Low and behold I still received the bad cards, with an email stating Unfortunately, your order has already been processed, so we can no longer make any changes. It has already entered printing with the vendor... This order was made and canceled over the christmas holiday within 24hrs no less 5 Days! The cards are worthless and will be thrown away to the tune of over $60.00 I wont be using this company again as if they care!

    I ordered 500 cards .I designed them myself. Looked good and ordered them.
    Cards came in and my picture is sideways. It wasn't sideways when I accepted my design. Anyways, I'd like my money back or to have them redo them. They said they can't because they mailed them already? Ummm? I know you mailed them to me, that's why I'm contacting you, They are not what I ordered! Who would do that? Crazy days.
    Anyways looks like I'm out 42 dollars. I hope they are happy that they now know I'd never refer them to anyone.
    Cheap lesson.
