      Absolutely terrible experience. This is probably the worst company I have ever dealt with. The person we spoke with on the phone was very quick to place blame and bad mouth the broker and quickly updated our contract which we were expected to sign while on the phone. This was a mistake on my part because they changed the deliver date and the insurance claim information which has come back to haunt us. The movers were extremely unprofessional. We had over 15k in damaged and lost items. The items delivered came on the 30th day with crushed boxes, multiple broken musical instruments and dirt over everything. We were missing about half of our items on the first deliver. They came a week later with another deliver still missing many of our things. They delivered items to us that belonged to another customer so I can only imagine where my belongings ended up. Filed an insurance claim and were awarded $413.40 which is appalling. Do not give this horrible company your business!

      Had a horrid experience with this company. They stacked boxes on the lift, some fell on to the asphalt driveway. Had so much broken items. It sounded like they were dropping boxes and things down to the bed of the truck from the top by the sound of the noise. I do porcelain and ceramics, had whole boxes shattered..
      There were three men that came only 1 spoke broken English. So it was hard to tell them where things went. Stuff was just put everywhere.
      My move ended up going thru three different companies to get here. They were only the delivery persons. No regard to boxes marked fragile or care on anything.
      I wouldn’t recommend any of the three companies.
