    Purchase a set of gears had an issue after a few days with gears but since they were installed by myself though I did something wrong. So I took my truck to a shop and purchased another set of gears from them and the shop called me today to tell me the gears I had installed are out of spec and the new ones is the same way so I called them trying to come up with a solution for replacing the se with a good set and I was told since the shop started to install them I couldnt get a refund or replace unless I started a claim for warranty and i explained I needed this asap since this shop has my truck taken soft and the cant keep the lift tires up he said I cant help you and to send an email for a warranty claim. ******** customer service even after two purchases over 1100 I just think there is more they could have done.

    I ordered a ring and pinion and installation kit for a 2010 **** Mustang GT. The ring and pinion I received was correct but the installation kit I received was for a Chevrolet 8.5" rear end. The inner and outer pinion bearing were the same part number as what I needed so I used those and bought all the other bearings from local **********. I contacted Rigid Axle the following Monday and the representative stated that he would have to contact their vendor about the wrong parts in the installation kit. Within 200 miles of the installation the outer pinion bearing from their kit I was able to use failed ruining the ring and pinion along with all the other new bearings I bought from **********. I contacted Rigid Axle again requesting a refund and was willing to return all their old parts but never was contacted back to resolve the issue. Very unsatisfied with their customer service.

    ordered wrong part.. caught during shipping, company made me pay $100 to send it back, and then the correct part was $20 cheaper and they never gave me my $20 back.

    Placed an order for a part for my vehicle. Upon looking closer the part does not fit my vehicle due to it having drum brakes. I used their contact form on their site to ask about refunding the order due to the wrong part on the same day of the order. No reply so next day I sent and email about it. Then contacted them via phone when I got the shipping information but no answer. I don't believe I should pay for a restocking fee for a part when I contacted them the same day about the order, and they just blatantly ignored me.

    They finally reached out to me about said complaint and I wish to revoke any complaints against this company. The resolved the issue promptly

    Order was cancelled as per my request. I received an email proving it, and the original tracking showed cancelled but it seems a new label for shipping was made and the product was still shipped later that day. Left a message with RigidAxel about said package so the shipment can be cancelled. Will confirm with them if they reach back out. 

    To prevent further issues I hope they cancel the shipment, I don't have any interest in getting something I did not pay for nor do I want them to walk back their cancellation.
