    They get no stars. I called and spoke to Andrew and he gave me the numbers to the parts that I was needing but unfortunately the parts that he sent me and told me what I needed was not the correct size. So I called and told Andrew cause he’s the only one that runs the company. Andrew told me that he couldn’t take the part back even though he told us what part that we needed and we took his word on his expertise. So now we lost $700. He told us to try to sell it on the marketplace which that was very disrespectful and inconsiderate because he didn’t take responsibility for his actions on sending me the wrong part ?? so I recommend no one to take a chance with this company. Andrew doesn’t know what he’s doing and you can’t depend nor rely on his input on ordering parts.

    I ordered parts from rigid axle came in on time and all the parts were there.

    Should have listened to the bad reviews previously posted. Products don't match pictures associated with them. Return process is a nightmare with them charging me a 45% restocking fee on an unopened/unused item when they're policy states "up to 20%." Very hard to get replies if it involves a return. I was very courteous during this process.
