    A/C has been out for 2 months I’ve gone through every step with submitting maintenance request my unit reach’s up to 100 degrees the property manager will not assist she closed the door said she was at lunch although it says will return from lunch on the door at 1:55 pm it’s a Nevada state law to have the A/C fixed with 48 hours nothing has been done the heat is unbearable to live in

    If I could I would give them no stars. Not only have I been out more than 30 days I have yet to receive a call or email about my termination of lease. I left the apartment on the lease end date. I left it in turn key condition. They have already rented the apartment out and I keep getting the run around from my deposit. Do not rent from them they are a scam and have an F rating on the BBB website.
