  I placed an order with K1 Keto back on January 10th, and I never received the product. Every time I call, they tell me it will ship in 7-10 days, but I never receive. They charged my credit card immediately for the product, but I never receive the product. I have called them at least 5 times and they keep telling me the same thing, it will ship in 7-10 days. They charged me $199.95 for 5 bottles, which I only wanted 1 bottle for $49.95. They did credit all but the $49.95. I told them to credit that also and cancel my order, because I don't receive any product. So far they have not credited my $49.95.

  Order #8rygpErZGnILWMIEIBNp, Order Date 3/02.2023, Total amount $264.94.
  I was told when I called that conversation was being recorded. I explained my concern and did not order what was listed on the confirmation. If I hit the incorrect key I was sorry, but please cancel the large order. I was told the order was processed. I said I knew that when I received the confirmation that my purchase was on the computer. I requested they remove the order I did not want as I just wanted one bottle.
  I requested a supervisor and again a long argument. I had to accept both orders then call and they would give me info to then return items. They would refund money when they had the order returned. I said that was crazy. No way the orders was boxed and in a truck. I kept saying to cancel everything now and refund immediately my money. I told the man that my bank just sent a notice of fraud on his company. I again requested a refund.
  I see from other reviews that we all had similar situations. Please help all of us to get our money returned. This business needs to be stopped misleading and stealing money.

  K1 KETO LIFE FRAUDULENTLY INFLATED MY ORDER AND, AFTER NUMEROUS EMAILS AND PHONE CALLS, HAS NOT REFUNDED THE OVERAGE.
  THEY ADVERTISED ONE FREE BOTTLE. WHEN REQUESTING THE FREE BOTTLE IT WAS CONTINGENT ON PURCHASING AN ADDITIONAL BOTTLE. II COMPLETED THE ORDER FORM REQUESTING THE MANDATORY ADDITIONAL BOTTLE. THEY INFLATED THE ORDER TO 5 BOTTLES AND CHARGED ME $199.95, INSTEAD OF MY PURCHASE REQUEST TOTALLING TO $49.95.

  I had a similar situation to Scott C. however, I paid $199.95 and all I received has been $99.98. I have had an attorney write a letter to them with proof from my bank that only $99.98 was refunded. They keep saying that on their end it shows the refund has been paid in full and to have the bank find the other money.
  
  So frustrating!

  I had ordered the buy 3 get 2 free for 199.95. I called within an hour after I had ordered to cancel the order but the recording said to call during business hours (I placed the order on a Saturday). I called first thing Monday morning to cancel but they said they order had already been processed. They told me when I receive the package, send it back with a tracking number and write a reference number on the shipping label, which I did. I got notification when they received it and they said 7 to 10 I'll see my refund. I called two weeks later to see where my refund was. I was told I should have called then with a tracking number, even though they did receive it, but asked for the reference number. I have them the information and they said 3 business days. Called a week later, still nothing, requested to talk to a supervisor, but none were available. They resubmitted my info again and was told 7 to 10 again, going on almost two months now.

  I searched Amazon for keto products. I ordered a product for $39.72 on July 29, 2022. My credit card was charged $199.95. I realized what they did within one hour. I called and cancelled the order before it was processed. They told me I had to wait 7 to 10 business days from August 5. It has been 12 days now and after calling them 4 more times, they keep telling me they will escalate it. I called Aug 19 and talked to Robbie and she asked me did I return the product. I never received anything. I want them to return my money
