    I had a little misunderstanding regarding the time it will take to return my firearm after the modifications requested, as well as with the out of stock of the ammunition for the gun that they only manufacture (22TCM9R), that got me a bit worried to the point I contacted BBB... But Armscor step up big time, the modify my gut to use 22TCM9R as well as 22TCM which are easier to find and in stock. My gun was back in the agreed 4 weeks, the price was very reasonable, mailed UPS next day in a free Gun Case. I have not tested the gun yet, but I am very satisfied with the overall experience so far.

    They will sell you faulty ammo and then proceed to fuck you around and refuse to make it right. Emails, phone calls, chats will go unanswered. Their customer service is horrendous. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this brand. Ammo and firearms.

    handled the problem promptly and professionally. First rate service. from a first rate company.

    I wanted to bring to their attention an issue I had with the 380 ammo I purchased for practice shooting. I emailed customer support and included pictures the box and one of the cartridges.
    It was my first box of 5 boxes I had purchased, and was not able to even get through the first box. I had several rounds Fail to fire. I can feel powder I believe in the cartridges, but primer failed to fire. I finished the break-in on the weapon with another brand with no failures to fire, so I eliminated the firearm as the culprit.
    I first emailed the company on 02/24/2023 - NO RESPONSE
    I followed up with an email to ask for a response on 03-07-2023. - NO RESPONSE
    I called Customer Support phone number during normal working hours - on hold with no response for 23 minutes.
    I have purchased this brand of ammunition in the past with few issues. I have 5 more boxes still unopened. I have little faith that I will have more failures to fire at this point. I would rate Customer Support at ZERO at this time. I am experiencing defective ammo issues. I wanted nothing more than to get replacements that were reliable, and to point out a batch of pad primers.

    I bought a **** and rear dots sights fell off. So I contacted Rock Island Armory and ARMSCOR. I was told that the white dots were not covered by the warranty. I recommend that none of my friends or family members purchase anything from Rock Island Armory or ARMSCOR. Very disappointed about their service and standing behind their product.
