      My family was awaken by our CO2 detectors, thankfully!! The source was the Zline range purchased a little over one year ago. After firefighters and gas company determined the range was the cause (producing 242ppm of CO2 when operating), they red tagged the range and told us to get rid of it calling it ticking timed bomb! I Called ZLine. They said sorry but because it was out of warranty, all they would do is replace the range or give me 50% of my money back. I do not trust this brand and will not take another risk with this company. Their customer service is despicable. I cannot believe they would stand by their ridiculous 1 year warranty after a family of 4 almost died from the use of their appliance. This is just reckless and just goes to show the quality of company they are. I have filed complaints with the Attorney General of ** and the ** product safety commission. I do not want anybody to be harmed, worst, die because of their negligence. If you own a Zline range, return it, get it inspected and buy yourself CO2 detectors. It could save your life. You better believe that I am now on a mission to tell everyone about my experience so nobody has to experience it.

      terrible product z line 48" stainless steel hood ****** wall mount. Just requested my 2nd circuit board. the last 2 worked for **** weeks, then no power. $1k down the tubes. They send new circuit boards but. no labor to install the boards. Buy from Home Depot---forget it. Not worth the cost in putting in new circuit boards when will only last 6 weeks. ************

      Have been without a stove/range for over 1 month now. Purchased a 6 burner gas range/stove year ago and it is already broken. **************** is terrible. Contacted ****************** directly to file a claim. After much resistance they finally dispatched the repair to a local repair company. After 2 weeks of being given the runaround, the repair company called to schedule a visit today. Not only did they not show up. They did not bother to call to say they were not coming. ********************* or time with this sub-par appliance company. Will never purchase this brand again.

      We unboxed a brand new zline dual range 2 weeks ago. Burners won't adjust. I have made at least half dozen calls with no help. I'm so discouraged. I'm not asking for anything except somebody to come and help us so we can use this beautiful new range. ****** and *************** ********* **.

      I purchased an island hood from a company that sells Zline products, and even their sales associate had no idea that the Zline convertible hood did not come with filters. I had to order the filters from Zline directly, but then realized that all the convertible hood would do was spread greasy air across my ceiling. I decided not to have the part installed and returned it, then asked Zline to accept the return of the unopened package which arrived the following day. This sorry excuse for a company will not accept the return, and is using some hidden policy on their site to justify it. Any company that will not except the return of an unopened package should not be trusted.
