    purchased lot num 35dw invoice ****** described as Hotpoint dishwasher in like new condition, tried to install when i found out that several pieces were broken and or missing and it was a ge not a Hotpoint dishwasher. this unit is completely unusable and far from like new condition.
    tried contacting with emails (5) with no reply, Brang dishwasher to office were i was told i had to email amie and not to leave the defective dishwasher or i would be banned from bidding, i explained that the unit was not useable and i was leaving it with them, they told me i would be banned but i left the worthless unit with them as i have no use for a broken dishwasher. returned home and sent another email with no reply purhase price was 80 dollars plus tax and a 16 percent buyers premium for a total of around 100 dollars

    Received a counterfeit product mimicking a Jansport backpack from an unethical auction in September 2022. The backpack was visibly counterfeit, based on inaccurate or even the lack of logos, lack of padding on the shoulder straps, and overall material and build of the product. I picked up the item in person and notified the staff immediately upon noticing that the product was a counterfeit. They told me that they had no authority in resolving the issue or to refund me. They suggested that I contact the owner for a refund authorization. I notified the owner that I had received a counterfeit product through her auction and she responded by saying, "I did not care for the implication that we could give enough shit to try to pass off counterfeit anything". From this email exchange alone, I am confident that they knowingly sell the counterfeit items to customers and refused to refund when called out. I have numerous photos to prove that the product is counterfeit as well as screenshots of my interaction with the owner.
