    Service that goes above and beyond. Vanzant auction is a standout amongst it's competitor's because of the diligence of it's committed employee's in providing excellent customer service while offering quality items, coupled with the confidence of knowing the condition and origin of most. I appreciate the hard work that each member must put in nearly around the clock in order to receive, inspect, test, photograph, research, and then post up each item for our bidding pleasure week after week. Never had a problem; always a good experience.

    Owner is a screaming b*tch! If there were zero stars, that's what she deserves. Sent a note to her on the listings that something was wrong (they all had the same description and none were for what the item was titled or pictured). She was waiting for me to come in to pick up items and when I did, she went crazy - screaming and yelling at me for sending the note. I was only pointing out that the descriptions were goofed up and she let loose at me like I was the devil in the flesh. Screaming how hard she works, how I spoiled her weekend and that I was never to come there again unless I was "sunny". She was so abusive I couldn't believe it! I have never been treated like that ever!! So no problem - she won't be seeing a ***** of my money ever again! I totally agree with all the reviews below. She should not be allowed to operate a business!

    I would leave a no star if there is such an option. For some reason, the owner is very angry and rude and shows no respect to her customers.I won an item but could not pick it on time because there was a storm and I forgot about it. Then I got an email asking me to send an email to request an online payment link; I did but never received the link. My account was deactivated and I was asked to pay $25 reinstatement fee. She sent me a nasty email saying that I did not pay and created more work for her by emailing her. Stay away.

    I won the bid on a fridge from this place, nobody else bid on this item. When she saw this she made up a whole plan to refuse me the refridgerator. She said I sent her a threatening email, she then sent a vulgar email to me demanding an apology, which I reluctantly gave her my insincere apology. Then she text me. And then she called me screaming at me and telling me that I need to show her and her business some respect. I said wow, and she said thats it your not getting it. She did that because shes trying to sell it for a price that stores are. When she put it up for auction this week the minimum was $5. And when she saw that it was going to sell for $525 she again went in and bid it up to the lowest price that model fridge was selling for in town, which was $1463.00. So if she doesnt like the price it sells for she just goes in and starts a bidding war. Not to mention she charges 30% on all credit card charges, 18% buyers premium. Its not sales tax she charges that too but wants you to pay in cash. Wonder how many of her employees are paid in cash? Very shady business by an angry old lady. Bbb should investigate
