      I went to the Joint for over a year. I found one chiropractor that was decent but he had a bit of a hectic schedule so going to him wasnt always as consistent as I needed. In January and February every time I went to get adjusted no one was there. No warning that no one was there and I would drive a half hour to get there. I called in April to cancel the subscription and asked for a refund for the past two months because I was unable to use their services. For almost two months now they have been thinking about giving me my money back and even charged me an additional month. They did refund that but I still havent heard about the two months I was unable to use because of unplanned closures. Its very frustrating

      ****** and ** ******* were awesome today. I am always treated with the utmost respect and pleasant attitudes. I really appreciate the short wait times and excellent service @ the ****** location!!??????

      They scammed my parents into a multi month contract after my parents persistently told them they were just visiting. My parents believed they were singed up for a single month and before they left they went to check and were told they would need to cancel and would have to pay an additional month.

      Bait and hoot. Admin, ***** at the ********** ******* location, lied about *************** closure, causing patients problems with booking appointments.

      I do not recommend this place at all. They want you to sign an agreement so they can keep charging you perpetually. My husband failed victim of these professional out of town scammers. They had him signed an agreement for 2-months and kept billing him for 2.5 years. He only used their services a total of 3 times for the first month, and since their customer service is very transactional and their chiropracting abilities were disappointing and immemorable, he did not care to come back. They never helped him with his back pain , but they did scammed him for over 1K in services that were never provided. Be very careful with this "business" and save your money because they WILL NOT help you feel better. If you need a good chiropractor go to "Access Chiropractor". The owner actually talks to you. They offer therapy for pain. It is $40.

      So I went in today and waited 30 minutes only to have a new patient who arrived after me get taken back before me. When I questioned the receptionist, she said the doctor made a mistake. I told her to inform the doctor of the error and that I needed to leave. The doctor said he had already taken the patient back and would see her first. How is it that they won't even let you step outside to grab water without losing your place in line, yet the doctor values someone else's time over mine? When the doctor finally approached me, he asked if I wanted an adjustment or not, and if I didn't, I could cancel my membership for all he cared. Well, I did - canceled my membership!

      I signed up for two months of chiropractic treatment and a monthly membership that would continue until I canceled the contract. I requested to cancel my membership during my last treatment within the two-month period from my first visit. When I checked my HSA account, I discovered six months of charges from Almaden Joint Chiropractic. I contacted them to request a refund for these unauthorized charges, but the doctor in charge at the office was unhelpful and disrespectful. He claimed he would contact the corporate office and get back to me. Later, he called and informed me that they would not issue a refund.I want patients to be aware that if something goes wrong between you and this chiropractic office, you will not receive any assistance from them. Regardless of the situation, you will be blamed. Proceed with caution!

      The Joint is scamming consumers. I asked for a one month membership and was told two was the minimum. I signed up for two months, but they billed me again on the third month. Telephone calls, emails, and written correspondence have not provided me a refund. Looking at the online reviews, I see this is typical behavior for this firm. The Joint should make CERTAIN people understand their cancellation policy. It should be VERBALLY COMMUNICATED and not buried in the mounds of paperwork you initially sign. I would provide zero stars if that was an option.

      This scam lures you in with a low price initial visit, attempts to enroll you into a program with recurring monthly charges ( similar to a gym membership) then proceed to collects personal information and then informs you that they do not accept ANY insurance or ******** and to go somewhere else for treatment. When asked to return my personal information form and copy of my identification. They refused stating that the system would not allow them to delete or return any information that was *********** fairly certain that is not legal to deny return of personal information. Despite assurances that their information records were secure and not shared, I again requested mine be deleted as I was not a patient to which the person replied she could not do that as it would violate company policy. This is a franchise company, no different than a ******** franchise, so there is no company policy other than what the franchisees choose to follow. The entire experience just felt like a membership scam designed to enroll patients/members for automatic recurring charges. ****** of this company!!
