      Continue to receive text messages: This is F.N.C.B.N.V.,Accounts Receivable Specialist. Contact us about Ref# . Visit *************************** or call. I called to address it as Im working with a lawyer if it is indeed something in collections. I asked what it was in reference to and all he could tell me is that they have an account. I asked what is the account for. He refused to tell me because I wouldnt give him any of my personal information until he told me what the account was for and then he proceeded to hang up and was rude. And said for me to not call back until I was ready to confirm so that he can give me that information.

      Texted me without sending anything to my address told me to check BBB and that they were accreditied but they are not. Refused to even tell me what company they were collecting for.I've been harassed by fake debt collectors for a long time and this feels like another one.

      Hi ****************** reviewed the call and the agent did not state that we were accredited. She merely stated that you could navigate to the BBB or ****** our company. After review of emails and letters, it looks like an email was sent to your email address that is provided in this review. I am requesting a letter also be mailed to your physical address. The agent is bound by laws and cannot go over any information with you until the verification process is completed. Please allow 7 - 10 business days for the letter to reach you in the mail.

      ********, I had my 50th birthday in *********, only to have my purse stolen, I had reported that my purse was stolen with all of my cards and my Driver's license. You'd think that that they would of made note of this matter, nope, they have texted me over and over again for payment, which I did make , but instead they have reps call from elsewhere stating I've made purchases, no I haven't. I need to know who I need to report this too, it will be 2 years 9/14/2024!

      Keeps sending me mail for someone that hasn't lived at my address since we purchased the land. I called to ask to be removed from their list but both employees wanted me to ILLEGALLY open someone else's mail for a reference number. I was able to ****** the address of sender and find out it's this collection agency. Scummy scammers that want you to commit a felony and open someone's mail without their consent.

      They been blowing up my phone ******* everynight. I finally answered tonight 4.4.24 as this is now harassment and putting stress on me as I'm pregnant. They asked for someone I told the lady I was not answering any of her questions an to cease all phone calls to not contact anymore. The operator then said ok so I'm going to assume you are *person they were asking for* and she hung up the phone. They have been calling off different numbers and I have voice-mail to prove it.

      Hi **************** was finally able to locate the call in question. The agent should have just advised that she would put your number on the do not call table. She didn't need to say whether you were ****** or not. Your number was placed on the do not call table for an indefinite period of time. Please know that we do have many phone numbers, therefore, you may have just received calls from our different numbers.You will not be receiving calls from our agency again.First National Collection Bureau, Inc.

      I was sent payment coupons, I tried multiple times to call to pay.the recording demands an extension number that is NOT on letter sobi can't pay it also doesn't show what the debt is with

      ***** - Thank you for voicing your concern. Our office is open 7am to 4pm PST. I do see the times you called and all but 1 was during business hours. When calling our office, it does not state you have to enter an extension. There are options to pay online or speak with a representative. When the office is closed, the recording states our time of operation and allows you to pay online or directs you to our website.       I had a wonderful experience with this place as I paid off a debt with First Premier. The lady I spoke with through Email was very attentive and always quick to respond. I have nothing bad to say about them. I'm finally paid off!! Thanks to their help!

      These people are RIDICULOUS! I made a payment via there website with a debit card that was on THEIR letter. And it didn't give me any type on confirmation or anything and did not show pending in my bank account at all..so I made a second payment but this time it showed pending. Well low and behold both payments came out and I ended up with an overdraft fee. Anyways neither payments once the fully posted to my bank account showed up or reflected on their end, so I make a call, the first person asked how he could help only words I got out was I made a payment on the website and then he hung up. I call back and get *****. One of the WORST SERVICE PEOPLE I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH. He did not listen at all.. I mean NOT AT ALL and over talked me completely like I wasn't even on the line, told me I wasn't following instructions because I didn't want to go to a different website other than what their letter instructed. He then changed my username and information without my permission and then said I told him to.. like WTH! HE SHOULD BE FIRED PERIOD, I had to ask for a supervisor over 5 times before he got one on. He got on and started the path of not letting me talk but finally allowed me to couldn't answer why ***** changed my info and still did not give clear reason why my payments were not showing on their website or my balance showing as changed. I was told to go back on in a few hours and it will be.. it's very odd why it would not update immediately or even show processing or give me a reference number for the payment. Nothing I can see for myself but just have to take their word. I'm sure working in collections *****, but THEY chose this job and being respectful and listing goes a LONG way. A 30 min call that should have been **** mins at the most!
