      Paid twice for gaming server. Cannot access and has virtually no customer support information.

      Terrible service. There is no form of human customer support. If you have any issue you are stuck reading external forum posts or using their "customer support ticket" system which just directs you to their forums. I had $25 stolen from me by this company. Read reviews before you use them.

      The service is horrible - i have had many servers thru them because i have to for the game i play and every time there are issues - when i request a refund they will not give me one. I wish gportal had the ark ascended game for hosting but it is only nitrado. They make me want to stop playing my favorite game and thats not right.

      I had an ARK: Ascended server, because Nitrado runs a monopoly on Ascended servers, and guess what? Nitrado still charged me after I turned off auto-charge. They've done this to others if you search for it. They don't care about you, they want your money.

      Servers arent DDOS protected as advertised, must make special request. Made a request after a DDOS attack for protected hardware and it didnt work. Company refuses to VPN the server or protect the *** downtime is approaching two days with 13 hour ticket response times. Company limits hardware performance so when player count approaches full capacity the server begins to lag, this is to encourage you to purchase more space. Over all dishonest and predatory business tactics with horrible support and management.

      Terrible company with terrible business practices. Their coercion to s**** Ark players with Studio Wildcards is pathetic like their employee base and owners. Will be hopping on the first class action lawsuit against them possible.

      Had a DayZ server for a year and it lagged the entire time. I had my server moved multiple times, Re installed, used vanilla settings and contacted nitrado on various occasions. They would say they were clearing backend issues and moving my server to a different machine but it would still have lag.. paid over 50 a month for horrible performance with zero actual help.

      be warned to get any server through this company as they are already overpriced and do not respond to support tickets be warned when you rent a server and you go to try to cancel it that there is a second pop-up window in dark colors with white writing after you already went through the first window that says process cancellation second window is to trick people that are not paying attention so they are forced into paying another month then they will tell you that there is no refund when that is put there like that on purpose now I can't pay one of my bills because they charged me and won't refund me because I didn't notice the second window

      this server company is ridiculous no support no contact info overpriced and the server is crashing multiple times a day this company is absolute garbage!!!!!! paying for a service i cant fully use !

      This company is ripping people off! They have no way to reach customer service, and do not have their server up most of the time. They also expect users to solve their own problems with servers instead of actually running the services that are paid for by the customer. Stay far away from them. They will take your money and then leave you with no server and no way to contact them.
