      I help run a server for their newly supported game "Chivalry 2." The servers can't even handle the advertised 64 player modes without crashing. They haven't responded to our support tickets and everyone running a server is having similar problems. A lot of them are going to request refunds shortly if the situation isn't addressed. Avoid this company, the lack of support and testing of their servers should say enough. Paying, willing customers are being ignored. Instability, lag, lack of DDoS protection software, and server crashes plague these servers. I wish they were better because I love the game, but they aren't. Avoid this company, they ruined the hope of private servers in the chivalry 2 community.

      Please do not use this company's server host. They will take your money and not help you in any way. I wish the BBB would step in and do something about this they are scamming people out of their money.

      Worst server hosting company you could possibly go through. They are a complete scam with horrible outdated hardware. You buy a server from them to not only get terrible performance but don't even get the runtime you paid for. Your server will be down half the time or more. If you reach out to customer support you will get a automated copy-paste response after 48+ hours. You have to keep opening tickets over and over just to get a response from a real person and even then it is 50/50. Don't use this company!

      Terrible slow customer service, and they scam you for money. The website doesn't work properly or they are behind thr scenes changing settings to intentionally keep your account recurring payment, and knowingly morally and ethically wrong they take your money and say no refunds..Had a server going. Wanted to change it to 20 slots, they charged me 6 bucks for the setting change and did not change the slots, then charged me again the next month for 70 slots... I complained, no refund they said I didn't change it to 20 slots. I then told them I wanted to cancel many times and made it clear, I changed recurring to non recurring as one of the emails said to do, and the next month they charged me for a 70 slot again saying I didn't change to non recurring and that there will be no refund, the whole time the server is deactivated so they aren't giving me any services. They keep saying I can cancel myself at any time, when there is no way to find this out, and every guide online at the time or even now says you have to open a ticket with support to cancel.. I went back changed it again, see if I get charged again

      My thoughts are service is trash and customer service is beyond trash. This company is ****! So, I purchased a server which I spent 99% of my time troubleshooting, and support was nonexistent. the server crashes with default setting and I've reinstalled the game twice. It worked for a bit and so I decided to add a total of four mods which worked for an hour or so until it restarted on its own so I removed the mods And then added each mod 1 at a time and restarted the server, yes settings are untouched. that didn't work so I reinstalled the game for an hour or it worked fine so I exited the game to add the mods and chose updated mods one at a time and as I was adding the 3rd mod the server went into a restart loop, the settings are untouched! It almost feels like someone at Nitrado was messing with me. I tried this step again with the same outcome and so I've been waiting for a reply from support, three days later not one word I'm done with nitrado and trash servers. 2023 Nitrado vs my past uses id say they have gone from a decent company to a heaping pile poop. Happy new yrs p.s. nitrado trash!

      have used nitrado for years now and have had issues for a while but they've been minor like not getting back to me. Over the last year the biggest issue I've had is theft of funds. I owned a server that I eventually shut down due to lack of activity, that it was shut down prior to the month starting and having had paid for a few months I requested a refund of funds as I wanted to close the server immediately which was their requirement to provide a refund. This refund was not provided and has been sitting in my account for a few months now. Recently I took up with a new server on Ark Survival Ascended and wanted to donate to the server which is a newer feature that nitrado is offering. I noted my credits and decided to donate with full intention of using those credits, clicked and followed all the steps they provided to complete the donation. The screen only offered options for adding funds from an account but expresses the funds would come from the main account once completed so I went ahead and finalized the donation. The funds were sent to my account and were never sent to the server which the server owner expressed is a common issue and to start a ticket. Ticket started and well over 12 hours later I was informed my funds were 'too old for customer service to do anything with' and 'due to security reasons only the customer can handle their credits' yet the only option available is to continue to add more money to nitrado and not send it anywhere. Nitrado is proving to be a thief in my eyes, they were good when they were newer but now that they're getting bigger they are not good, would NOT RECOMMEND USING.

      I play a game called Ark Survival Ascended. I had purchased the server on release day and had nothing but problems with Nitrado. They don't get back to you for days even though right on there website they say they will respond in 24 hours. My server has been down for 4 days now and I have opened up multiple tickets to try and fix the issue. The server auto shutdown for an update 4 days ago and never restarted. I tried manually restarting but it gets stuck in a loop of restarting. So I opened a ticket. After 2 days I sent another and got a response staying to do a restore point and restart. I had already done that because the front page had a post that said that was the fix but didn't work for me or anyone I seen in the same position doing my own research online. So I tried it again and nothing. Today they send me a closing ticket email saying they haven't herd back from me!!!!! and they are going to close my ticket. ARE YOU KIDDING NATRADO! All my friends have started playing other games so I lost my player base now, and I'm still paying for a server that still is not working. The deals they made in the process of Wield Cards mismanaging were outrages but some how accepted by Wield card. Also there web site is really bad and if you manually edit the ***** the web page will undo your changes on restart, or worse, make the server hang. All the monitoring tools on the web page are not showing the really data like CPU MEM and players graphs. I have been running Ark Survival Evolved servers on all 12 maps since before release on my own equipment, I know what I'm talking about. Please if you are considering *******, save your self! The posted are not my only complaints about the company. RUN!

      This company has one of the worst customer support services I've ever dealt with. They charge a lot of money to run a game server and then when you need help, there's no way to get in contact with a live person. They have a bot that gives generalized answers for complex situations and no resolution. They charge by the number of days you rent but expect you to wait up to 2 days for a response from them if their service is broken. They won't refund you the two days or extend your time because of this either. If you have any other option for companies to rent from, I'd pick them over Nitrado.

      Couldn't cancel services because website was glitching, submitting a support ticket asking to cancel services.They let it renew they said it was my responsability to cancel, then when I replied, once again, about the issue they had the gall to say, the same thing and end it with "your comprehension and understanding would be appreciated"
