Swingbits.com has deducted $49.99 each month from my bank account without my knowledge or permission.
Our monthly bank statements indicate this monthly deduction started on April 14, 2021. I have never used or received any services from Swingbits.com.
I want to be refunded from Swingbit’s.com all monthly charge that was taken from my account. I filed a fraudulent dispute claim with my bank which will help recoup the last 3 months.
After research I see that many other people have been scammed by Swingbits.com. Unfortunately this company has unethical practices which pray on many others.

Mr. ***** placed an online order at ************************** on 04/06/2021 for a sleeve
of golf balls that included a 7 day trial membership to our golf tutorial
website, Swing Bits. All customers are
required to check a box prior to order submission indicating that they have
read, understand and agree to the Terms and Conditions of the trial offer. We
do apologize if Mr. ***** feels these terms were not presented in an open
honest manner but no order can be submitted or successful unless the customer
checks this box and selects to submit the
order.
The Terms and Conditions state that the customer will be
charged a non-refundable fee of $1.00 plus applicable taxes for shipping of a
sleeve of golf balls and will also gain access to a 7-day trial membership of
our golf tutorial website, Swing Bits. The customer will have 7 days to
evaluate the website and if they are not satisfied can call or email customer
service for cancellation and will incur no further charges. If the customer
elects not to contact us to cancel within 7 days, he or she will be billed a
monthly membership fee $49.99 for access to the website. The consumer will
continue to be billed every 30 days until we are contacted by them to cancel
their membership. We apologize for any confusion experienced with the terms of
the trial offer.
Our records do not show any prior cancellation or contact
attempt from Mr. *****. In the interest of maintaining customer goodwill the
membership is now cancelled . Our records indicated that the charges have been disputed with Mr. *****’s card
company. Unfortunately, once a charge has been disputed we are unable to issue
a refund and must await the results of the card company's investigation
into the matter.

I responded to an add for a set of three free golf ***** that were new to the market. I have now received a charge on my Debit account for a montly recurring fee of $49.99 which I never signed up for or agreed to. I paid the $1 shipping charge on my debit card and that is how they got my number. I never authorized any further payments from my account and want this stopped and refunded. This is similar to other peoples complaints. This is a PREDATORY business who offers to give you free golf *****, or low cost golf *****...but is NOT forthright with the customers and actually signs you up to pay approximately $49.95 for some useless prescription. They ALSO most likely sell your personal information to telemarketers, since all of the sudden I started getting a huge number of telemarketer scammers phone numbers.This is dirty pool and this business is a SCAM!Business Response

I responded to an ad by Slingbits to sample 3 Calcutta golf ***** that I would receive for a charge of a $1.00 shipping fee. I used my debit card to pay the $1.00 shipping fee. I received the golf ***** in the mail. I then noticed on my bank statement that ********* charged my debit card an additional $49.99 for a membership fee, for which I did not agree, nor sign up. This is false advertising and a consumer ripoff. I want to be reimbursed $49.99 which I believe I was fraudulently charged. On 7/7/20, I paid one dollar to ship a sleeve of free golf balls to my address. In the return email the small print indicates under the terms stated "Terms and Conditions: You will have full-access to Swingbits's content and website for a trial period of 7 days for free. If you'd like to stay, your membership will $0.00 / month for full access to Swingbits associate site. Cancel Any Time. You may cancel your Swingbits Associate membership at any time by simply logging into the associate dashboard at www.swingbits.com/login/ and click cancel membership." I was not interested in have a membership, I just was interested in getting the free sleeve of balls (three total). I just discovered that my card has been charged $49.99 each month since July of 2020. For the past 29 months I have received this charge on my bill. I did not agree to a monthly charge or wish to be part of any membership. I was hoping for the free sleeve of balls with my only payment being a dollar for shipping and handling- as it stated. I am rejecting this response because: In the receipt it does not state there would be a charge of $49.99. My receipt stated $0.00. I have re-attached it to the documentation and bolded the terms. If there was any charge amount, I would not have participated.It stated that this was there first time I had contacted them. That is true, I didn't know they were charging me. They could also have checked to see if I had ever used their content on the website. I did not, the transaction was for a free sleeve of golf balls, not access to content of a website. That part of the terms is hidden below addressing customer questions about the shipment of the sleeve of balls.
Lastly, they refunded from June -November. That was not my full request. My request was a full refund from July of 2020-November of 2022. That is not just six months. That is nearly 30 months, not six.

I responded to an advertisement for a free sleeve of golf *****. (3 balls). There was no mention of any subscriptions or anything after that, just try out the golf ***** and if you like them, buy more. I didn't like them so I did not order more. HOWEVER... There was a charge for $49.99 from Swingbits on my account, so I called. I was told it was for a subscription to a golf tip service and that my $49.99 was non-refundable, and then I was hung up on. I saw an online ad for Golf ***** ($1 for 3) from Swingbits.com and thought it was worth $1. It was an ad on a Golf well known web site so I thought it was a good deal. I have since found out that they will charge me $50 a month for some kind of access to a web site to get golf instructions. They have charged my credit card for $49.99 and are saying they can't reverse this charge but are going to cancel my account for the future. I have seen on the internet that this is a scam site. I am very upset that they are making people think they are getting a free sample of golf ***** but they are really taking advantage of people by starting to charge them $50 a month for something else. I ordered for what I thought was 3 free golf ***** from Swing Bits on 9/12/22 and gave my credit card number for the shipping charge of $1.00. No where in the advertisement for these "FREE" ***** was the condition that I would be signed up for a monthly fee of $49.99 to their website. Once I saw a charge to my credit card for $49.99 on 09/19/22 I called Swing Bits on 09/23/22 to see why I was charged this amount. The customer service representative explained that I had agreed to a trial period of 7 days to their website and if I didnot cancel in 7 days I would be charged a monthly fee of $49.99. I explained I didnot see that anywhere when I placed my order. I stated I wanted a full refund of the $49.99 and cancel for any future charges for something I didnot ask for. I feel that this is a scam as the condition for ordering was hidden. ************** placed an online order at https://www.swingbits.com/ on 06/26/2022 for a sleeve of golf ***** that included a 7 day trial membership to our golf tutorial website, Swing Bits. All customers are required to check a box prior to order submission indicating that they have read, understand and agree to the Terms and Conditions of the trial offer. We do apologize if ************** feels these terms were not presented in an open honest manner but no order can be submitted or successful unless the customer checks this box and selects to submit the order.
The Terms and Conditions state that the customer will be charged a non-refundable fee of $1.00 plus applicable taxes for shipping of a sleeve of golf ***** and will also gain access to a 7-day trial membership of our golf tutorial website, Swing Bits.
