    A ******* involving a promotion involving three supposedly superior golf *****. The promotion involved a hidden message committing me to a monthly contract which I never saw nor heard of. This firm ham been declared an outrageous scam buy the **** BBB. I want the whole matter as a non contract. Otherwise I will join with hundreds of others in a serious legal challenge.

     ******************** placed an online order at https://www.swingbits.com/ on 08/20/2022 for a sleeve of golf ***** that included a 7 day trial membership to our golf tutorial website, Swing Bits.  All customers are required to check a box prior to order submission indicating that they have read, understand and agree to the Terms and Conditions of the trial offer. We do apologize if ******************** feels these terms were not presented in an open honest manner but no order can be submitted or successful unless the customer checks this box and selects to submit the order.
    The Terms and Conditions state that the customer will be charged a non-refundable fee of $1.00 plus applicable taxes for shipping of a sleeve of golf ***** and will also gain access to a 7-day trial membership of our golf tutorial website, Swing Bits. The customer will have 7 days to evaluate the website and if they are not satisfied can call or email customer service for cancellation and will incur no further charges. If the customer elects not to contact us to cancel within 7 days, he or she will be billed a monthly membership fee $49.99 for access to the website. The consumer will continue to be billed every 30 days until we are contacted by them to cancel their membership. We apologize for any confusion experienced with the terms of the trial offer.

    I purchased a sleeve of 3 golf ***** for $1. I got charged for a membership that i had know clue about. A fee of $49 was charged to my account and the $1 fee was used as entry into my account. The initial $1 for the sleeve of golf ***** did not mention a membership at an additional cost that i can recall. I would like my $49 back from the company, the golf ***** are not as advertised. It is a scam the best golf ***** on the market are Titliest Pro V1 and the cost ***** for 12 *****. They are charging $50 for 3 ***** and a ghost membership to a site. I canceled the membership

    I saw an advertisement on Face Book for FREE golf *****.I had to fill out a form to pay the shipping fee.A week later (08-13-2022), I received the golf *****.Two days after that (08-15-2022) I saw a notice on my banking that I was charged $49.99 as a subscription to their services.There had been no mention in the advertisement of signing up for services.The only reason for giving my debit card information was SUPPOSED to be for the shipping fee.When I called the company "customer care" service, they said if the customer called within 7 days a full refund could be given. I called them on 08-16-2022.I told the person this WAS within the 7 days.But he refused to give full refund.He would only give $24.99, or 1/2 of the charge.This is false advertisement and a sinister manner to get information sign a person up for something else.I reminded the "customer care" person that, by law, the customer has 30 days to get a full refund if not satisfied.That person did not speak clear English, and would not transfer me to a supervisor.His comment was that the supervisor was "not on the ship."Please notify them by letter, and ask for a FULL refund of my money taken fraudulently.Thank you,*********************
