      On 7/31/2024 We had a rep from Sierra Air to give us a quote for a replacement. AC unit and installation what they offered was $25,000 dollars that would be financed for 15 years so at the end of that 15 years the cost would be around $54,000 dollars. This is concerning on so many levels. He was condescending and pushy when I question him on the cost. To me this is predatory and frankly fraudulent practice. I fear for vulnerable citizens that need a unit immediately and are fooled into this outrageous fraud.

      I have an issue with the commercial that says they must do a furnace tuneup every year. At the end of the commercial that says that it is a good idea. That statement would be fine. But, at the beginning of the commercial, it says that they must do it on a yearly basis. That is incorrect!
