      I recently had Sierra Air install a new HVAC unit and water heater in my home and had a bad experience with this company. Everything was fine in my house on the first day after they installed a new HVAC, but on the second day there was no water coming out of the faucet and shower head in one of my bathrooms after they installed the new water heater. Then they sent a plumber to fix the problem the next morning. He spent about 5 minutes in the bathroom and made some big noise, water came out from the faucet, but it was splashing. The plumber told me that my faucet was broken because it was old (my bathrooms had recently been remodeled and had new faucets). I noticed there were big scratches on the faucet after he left. Then I waited about 2 weeks for them to put a new faucet and shower head in my bathroom and I paid an additional $180 for the new materials. One day later, I noticed water dripping from the faucet through the countertop hole into the cabinet under the sink, I called the office and the plumber came back to fix that, but he didnt connect the lift rod drain to the faucet drain stopper correctly when he re-installed the faucet. Finally, I had to call my friend to fix the lift rod drain. I was expecting a new HVAC and water heater in the beginning. Plumbing service was not expected and made me so frustrated during these two weeks. I do not recommend this company for plumbing services. I was very disappointed with this service.
