    I dont know about these other reviews, maybe they had a change in management because Iv had an excellent experience with the customer service side of things! I needed a warranty for my scope mounted on my Howa **** and it was fast easy and i had my replacement scope in less than a week! Very happy with the service that was provided!

    Horrible service. They have my shotgun for for now going 6 months and I have no idea where it is that I will file a police report on this. I just kept getting the run around and not help have been provide. I just get told what I want to hear and there is no resolution. I will never buy anything from this company again. Worse experience I ever had.

    Back in 12/21/2021 I purchased a two piece and a single piece scope rail for a Howa rifle. They charged me for both, but only shipped me the two-piece rail since they claimed the single rail was on back ordered but I would get it last month. Guess what? No rail even after the phone message I left them a month ago. I left another voice message today, but I don't expect them to contact me back. Spread the word, avoid this company, they earned their low ratings!
