      I went on Inc Authority website for help with filing my LLC for my business. I spoke to Ronald M**** on 4/5/23 around 6pm for about an hour and we went over what I needed to do to switch my business from a sole prop to an LLC. I asked if I needed to file a new EIN or was I able to use the current EIN so that I may keep the same information. Ronald advised me that I was able to keep the same EIN and a specific form would be filled out to file with the IRS so that my business would switch to an LLC from a sole prop. I paid $617.95 for the business bundle and $700 for a business credit coach. I received a call from Justin today to go over next steps and he advised they sent the business name to the State of Ohio to be registered and will be receive a text message to complete application for the new EIN. I told Justin that I spoke to Ronald and stated they were to fill out a different form to file with the IRS to keep the same EIN. I advised Justin if I needed a new EIN, I would of filed the new EIN. Justin spoke to Ronald and stated there was an error on their part. I requested to speak to the manager to see if I can get refunded for what I paid for because I didn’t trust the information they were giving me. Kimberly/manager advised it was all non-refundable. I research the cancellation policy and called multiple times to reach someone who can process my refund and was unable to get in connected to Kimberly. I called again and spoke to Hayden, I requested receipts for what I paid for and to speak to someone other than Kimberly who can process the refund. Hayden got back on the line and advised that Kimberly has refused to refund money paid for services. He stated Kimberly made the decision not to refund the money and there was nothing I could do. I requested for Hayden to email me a correspondence that stated she has denied the refund and still have not received this letter.

      I inquired inc authority about creating an llc, i was charged and when i told them i did not approve this transaction they would not refund my money unless i paid them an additional 301$ i have received no services no documents and i signed absolutely nothing. They have outright stolen money from my account.

      The customer made 2 purchases to form their entity - Feb 19 and Feb 21.  The customer has since been in contact with our Sales Team twice - the last time being Mar 27.  There are no note of the customer requesting a refund.  If the customer would like a refund, the customer is encouraged to contact their Business Advisor at their convenience to make the request.

      I inquired Inc. Authority to register my LLC as a "foreign LLC" in the state of Flordia and for their services such as registered agent and buisness advisor services for a year. I requested a receipt immediately and never recieved it. I learned the next day after placing a phone call to Inc. Authority that they incorrectly set up the structure of my buisness. Instead, they formed a entirely new buisness in the state of Flordia! Now, because of their blunder, I will have to spend more money to be in legal compliance with tax regulations for my current state. I requested a refund for the purchase because of their error and they refused to issue it. I am seeking a full refund to settle this distressing matter.

      I was going to open a business last year and wanted them to do the articles of incorporation. Before they were able to send them to me, I called and canceled because we decided to not open this business. I paid them their fee for their work they were doing but explained it needs to be canceled and they understood. Here we are one year later and they charged me $179.00 for a business they knew never opened. I called to see what the charge was and the man who answered was VERY RUDE and even tried to sell me more products. I was fraudulently charged and need to be refunded, I did not authorize this and This is very wrong!

      I started the process of creating an LLC for my business via sunbiz.org. I was re-directed to Inc Authority, common used as Inc for Free, but I did not want or need an INC. I called for assistance, spoke to a man who tried to have me sign up for all sorts of legal documents that I DO NOT need for my business. After repeatedly telling them that I did not need their services, they proceeded to process my application for an LLC as an application for an INC. I called several times to have the process stopped, a customer service agent hung up on me when I told him that I wanted to cancel everything they were trying to do. I emailed in several times. Called several more times and they processed the INC anyway. I now have to pay more money to have the INC dissolved so that I can do business as the original LLC. I believe this company to be fraudulent. I am now out over $300 due to their poor business strategies.

      Purchased "Fast Track Business Bundle" with Brittani Youngker 1/6 after inquiring on their website. I was inclined to purchase through Brittany rather than online as she was answering my questions and I had noticed the "60 Day Money Back Guarantee" online. After asking many questions to confirm this was what I needed, Brittani upsold me this full solution to set up my trucking company with tax & business advisors, a file binder, website, email domain, free EIN filing, and more. I requested an itemized invoice from Brittani & James a few times for an itemized explanation of what was/wasn't included, & almost finally received it a month later on 1/30 but it was still very vague.

      To this point, the business advisor (James)has been of no help & has tried to upsell me on scam-like $2500 D&B Credit Packages more than he's answered my questions. Once my business & EIN was registered, I asked him for advice on how to proceed, & he said trucking registration is all "state by state" & he was unsure of how IL worked, so he was unable to advise me with my... trucking company. He also stated my package didn't include the tax advisor, website, or email domain but he could offer them for additional charges.

      Called customer service today 2/8 to get a sure answer as to what was included since I was getting conflicting answers from each person, and was yelled at by the first lady who answered. She said the $153.38 fee was for filing, but the additional $500 was "to pay a lawyer" to put together the 20 sheets of paper in a binder and mail it to me, which I knew was incorrect. Called back and was advised by a Christina (Manager) that "because I bought the package over the phone rather than online, their 60 day money back guarantee wasn't valid". I stated that I was ok with paying the $153.38 filing fee, but I wanted the $499 "package" refunded because it was misleading and not helpful but have been denied despite not utilizing the supposedly "included" services at all.

      In the beginning of September 2022, I attempted to file my business name through Sunbiz of *******; however, I filed it through the company name Inc Authority. One of the representatives contacted me and shared information about the company; what the company has to offer; it was supposed to be a one-stop-shop that could support all of my business needs. In October I decided to go with the company because I just want to do it right. For the services, I paid over $400 for the company to prepare my business papers; filed them with the ****************. They were to provide me compliance documents that would ensure I am in compliance. I would get my company domain name; DIY website with 24/7 support; along with free coaching for a year. The company did send me articles of paperwork in a binder through the mail. Initially, I was told that I would have a great support system that would work with me; answer my questions. It has been a nightmare ever since I paid my money. The coaching was a joke. I would called the person who was supposed to be coaching me; assisting me, and they would put me on hold and never return. I would have to speak to someone else; in which my questions never get answered. I am simply flabbergasted how this company treats its customers. I finally was able to work with someone to establish my domain name. Due to the holidays, I started to contact the company to prepare my website. I was able to get in; however, when I tried to go back into the website, I was unsuccessful. Since the week of 12/272022 to current 01/017/2023 I have been unsuccessful in accessing the website. I had to request for a new coach; they have contacted the web support and all I have gotten is the run around. I am starting my AIRBNB company and I thought it would be very important to be with a company that can help me showcase my company and present it. This has been a very painstaking ordeal experience with the company. I want my money that I invested back

      I decided to open an LLC with INC Authority and everything went well, then I received an email offering me a website, it was 3 type of websites, I decided to take the advanced plan for $1300 and a $75 Monthly fee there after, I accept terms and conditions back in August 2022, I asked what was incluede and they send me a brochure with everything that was include, it was include web deign and Word Press hosting, I received an email a week ago saying my card was declient for last 2 invoices and for such reason they were suspending my site. I call them to see why they down my site if hosting and website dsign was included, they said that asn't right and that I have to pay $75 a month if I want my site up and running. I told the CSR that can't be possible as I spend $1375 in this site creaation and I own it, I told him cancel it and send me my website design, he said they can't do it unless I pay. Before they launch my site they got me into a 45 mnts session to do my own maintenancer meanig if I will like any changes into the site I'll have to do it my own. I was promise my site will be live 24/7, it's been 2 weeks since hey shut it down and haven't rcvd any call back, copletely upset with INC AUTHORITY

      INC AUTHORITY Is advertising E-commerce website for $2000 in there contract it says complete in 8-12wks. I paid for the website for my business only to find out 14wks is the minimum time there e-commerce’s website can be created. Inc Authority website department told me and 2 different Inc Authority sales reps the same thing. I asked for a refund because I couldn’t wait no longer and what the contract agreement says. Inc authority refuses to refund me even though Inc authority is aware that they are falsely advertising and accepting purchases binding customers into contracts with no refund should be illegal.
