      My daughters wanted to start a business I thought it would be nice to have a legal piece of paper. They are teenagers, they never did anything with this business Now Im getting emails that they are sending my account to collections. I didn't use any of their services nor did I ask to renew anything with them. I wish I would of thought to look at BBB before doing anything with them.

      Customer did form an LLC in October of 2023. At that time, the customer appointed ******************** as their Registered Agent free for 1-yr. Any calls or attempts to contact are to renew their registered agent services - a service any LLC must carry, even if they choose to identify themselves as their own Registered Agent. If the customer is encouraged to contact our Renewals team to either dissolve their business or make us aware that they are changing their registered agent service. Proof of client purchase and entity formation can be provided. The Renewal team number is **************. There is nothing additional that we can accomplish on the BBB website.

      They get one star as I cant go less- My experience with this company has been incredibly frustrating and disappointing. I initially signed up due to their comprehensive package promising a business advisor, website transfers, and essential services to support my new business. However, what I received was far from what was ************ main selling point was a dedicated business advisor who would guide me. Unfortunately, despite numerous attempts to reach out, I have yet to hear from anyone. Its disheartening to feel abandoned, especially after being sold on the idea of having expert guidance.The package also included activating a pre-paid website address for my business, but that turned into a joke. I was informed they do not support .world domain registrations. When I asked about a refund for the token, I was disappointed to see they refused to offer any resolution. They simply led me to believe my business would thrive with their help, yet here I am without a functioning website.Additionally, I was promised documents and materials to guide my business, but those never materialized. Instead, I received a flimsy folder that fell apart almost immediately. As someone with a disability trying to make a positive impact in my community, this experience has left me feeling discouraged. It seems this company is more interested in quick profits than in genuinely supporting their clients. I urge anyone considering their services to think twice; my experience shows they do not uphold their commitments, and the lack of support is disheartening. It's frustrating to say the least, and I deeply regret my decision to work with them.

      We apologize for the client's experience to date. While the client did file in January 2024, a partial refund was issued on April 15, 2024. If the customer now ********* on has additional questions or concerns, they are encouraged to call our support team at ************. The customer is likely going to be contacted by our Renewals Team shortly, if they haven't been already, as the free 1-year of **************** service they received upon business formation will be coming due, should they continue to elect Inc Authority as their **************** service provider.

      Im constantly being threatened that Im delinquent. Theyre a terrible company. They deceive you into paying for something hate thats free. I only opened an LLC for my independent contractor services and then I didnt do anything else with it. Its already been sent to dissolve and they keep sending threatening emails about delinquency and collections. Dont work with them!

      Until the clients business is officially dissolved, they must maintain **************** services. Inc Authority provides the first year of **************** services for free - a $199 value for free. At the end of the year, the client needs to renew their **************** service or change their ****************. If the client intends on changing their registered agent service, they need to call our Renewals Team and speak to a representative to do stop the phone calls. Technically, if the client has Inc Authority as the **************** of record, and the first year free has come to an end, they are now delinquent.

      This company is very fraudulent in its operation and I would not advise anyone to use their services. I kept getting repeated threatening email about renewing them as my registered agent. I emailed them that I no longer needed them as my registered agent was no longer interested in using their services. Yet, they persistently sent multiple threatening messages to take me to a collection agency. This Company is a scam and should be avoided like COVID.

      Ink authority helped me start up one of my businesses two years ago Started another business a year later, which was a franchise because I was fairly satisfied with their initial help starting up.Soon after getting the second one started up, I got notices, saying I owed them more money for the first business for being a registered agent. At that time I told them I did not need their assistance being a registered agent that we would handle that going forward. Cancel anything that they were saying they were going to *************.They did say something about contacting Secretary of State. But I did not realize me doing that was needed to take them off. You would think me telling them I did not need their service would be enough.! And if it wasnt enough, they should have told me that. But I guess they didnt want to so they could continue billing.Never heard anymore from them until now. Theyre trying to say I owe them for the second LLC. When I called a question now theyre saying the first one is getting higher and higher and higher and now I owe the second one. Its just a scam Beware and do not use this company to start your LLC. I may not need another because Ive got these two. But with a 300 franchise group and growing by 50 a year, Ill make sure all of these from going forward knows not to use inc authority. Not to mention being in the rotary and community, growing community I get asked all the time about starting a business and so forth. So I will never recommend them again.Make things right clear my account as you guys have did nothing. Other than just try to keep billing when I told you I didnt need service and then I may reconsider referring.Not asking for any money back I just want my balance cleared because I clearly asked and stated that I did not need you guys service after that first year, which was included in the initial package

      Mr. Turner formed both of his LLCs in January - DT Travels & Sales on 1/6/22 and Modern Terrain 1/4/23. We provide clients with 1-year of free Registered Agent Service. After the first year, there is a charge to maintain us (Inc Authority) as their registered agent. Mr. Turner opted-in for auto renewal for his Registered Agent service with us. Unless specifically notified, we make attempts to renew the clients Registered Agent service. We show no record of having contact with Mr. Turner since a phone call on 5/26/23. If there are any issues, our Renewal Team is available M-F 6a-5p PST at 877.362.6366.

      Stay away from this company! I used them to set up my LLC. When I decided not to start my business, I contacted them and told them I would not be paying them for another year BEFORE THE **** WAS DUE. I contacted my state and filed all paperwork, paid all fees to shut down the LLC.I received numerous voice mail messages from Inc Authority AFTER I told them I would not be continuing with their service. I didn't return the calls since I had already conveyed to them that I was canceling the LLC.Today I got an email containing the following text:"Your account is 30 days past due. Without payment for services rendered, we are forced to turn your account over to collections.We want to help you avoid collections."The woman I spoke with today told me I had to send them a confirmation from my state, but suddenly when I told her they'd better not send anything to collections, she found my state had already notified them.You don't need to pay these people for anything. Do it on your own and save the money.STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!

      NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH INC Authority!!!! BEWARE!! They are bunch of LIARS!!When I spoke to their business advisor (CMc) I told him that I wanted to create entities but wanted my personal information like home address, cell phone number, etc. listed off the public record for privacy. I was assured by them that they take this seriously and would make sure this was done when they did the initial filing with the state. I had discussion again about how to protect my personal info from being made public. He advised to get a Virtual Address from third party called IPost where they provide virtual address for the company which I paid for!! In the meantime they processed my LLC and published my home address. When I went to the state website I saw that the entity was created and saw my personal information and my name was spelled incorrectly so I called them and told them that they filed incorrectly. Come to find out it's almost impossible to remove it from the public state website. When asked to speak to manager they said that they would have to call me back. Day later I got call back from the Director (J) saying they could not provide any solutions BUT if you are unhappy with their services they would REFUND the amount charged on my CC!! When I spoke to ********* form different department ******* services) they said that they will NOT give refund even though in their ****************** it If you are unhappy with your initial online purchase of our services for any reason, call or email us within the first 60 days .. BUT since I called them they said that this does NOT apply!!!I will have to hire an attorney to see if they can get the record obsfucated. I could not be more ticked off at the blatant ineptness of this company.I understand they cannot refund the basic entity formation with the state but they should refund the fast track business bundle that they talked me into getting!!

      Terrible! They started harassing me by calling me everyday and stating I needed to pay them for over due registered agent fees on my LLC. I had already gotta a new registered agent. Now they are sending me collections notices and late fee charges. Do not use this company!

      We do provide our Registered ************* for 1-year free to all clients. After the one year we reach out to see if the customer would like to renew. In many states, LLCs are required to have a Registered Agent. Our effeorts, set out in our Terms and Conditions, state that we will reach out and attempt to maintain our clients Registered *************. If they are still a customer of ours, they will go into a delinquent bucket 30 days after their Registered Agent fees are due. This client could have easily informed our representatives that they had filed changed their Registered ************* to another company, and our calls would have stopped.If the client has further questions, they can call ************.

      BEWARE!! - Published my home address without my permission If I could give zero stars, I would. I signed up for an LLC creation with *** Auth for a new business. When I spoke to the representative, *****, we had a discussion about how to protect my home address from being made public because I am not allowed to only use a Registered Agent address in ********. He advised to get a Virtual Address and call him back. I told him I would need to discuss with my business partner and call him back. In the meantime they processed my LLC with the ***************** and published my home address. Come to find out it's almost impossible, even after correcting the address, to remove it from the public state website. I will have to hire an attorney to see if they can get the record obsfucated. I could not be more ticked off at the blatant ineptness of this company.       I used incauthority to file for my LLC and it was a smooth process. I cant take that from them.. my problem came in when I started referring people and NEVER received the $50 gift card as promised. I waited almost two months, contacted customer service 6 times and still nothing. I will not recommend nor refer anyone here again. Thats false advertising!
