  I strongly caution against doing business with Inc Authority (Inc for free), Their practices have been profoundly unethical and deceptive. Not only did they charge me for services that were completely unnecessary for my business, which never even launched, but they also attempted to corrupt the integrity of online reviews. They offered me money to delete my negative review on Trustpilot, a blatant disregard for honesty and ethical business practices. This behavior is unacceptable and should be a red flag to any potential customer considering their services.

  ************** falsely advertised a free business and my 13 year old son signed up online. It wasn't free and ************** actually submitted all of his information with CA government creating an *** in his name. I didn't know until I received a $179.00 charge to my credit card. I thought it was fraud and followed up to find out what happened. ************* not only would not refund my money, they actually told me that "the terms and conditions still apply". A child cannot consent to terms and conditions nor be responsible for them. I am dumbfounded at the lack of due diligence and irresponsibility of this company. They even said they could not / would not close the **** I spent over ten hours over the phone with the franchise tax board and the secretary of state trying to get the *** closed. Shame on ************** for not even verifying the age of their consumers before signing them up for a *** which incurs an $800 a year tax even if no business took place. It will be 3-4 months for the franchise tax board to even review the information to close it. This is a nightmare!

  If i could use ZERO stars, I would! Stay at home mom of 4 kids and all they did was SCAM me out of my money that they knew I barley had! Wanted to start a photography business to help pay bills and they just sucked me dry of my savings! Advertised everything as being FREE but was all about money money money!! Here I am, doing the research i should have done before giving them ANY INFORMATION. Never again!! Absolutely learning the hard way and now my kids and I will suffer the consequences. This "business" needs to be taken down! Whoever owns it should go to jail!! False advertising AND setting their clients up for failure!

  I tried to press zero stars and it wouldn't let me. This company is a scam, I am a small business owner and this company has continued to spam me with emails and calls despite multiple calls and emails asking them to stop after making an error in allowing them to help me set up my LLC which I later discovered I didn't even need. PLEASE don't use them, log into your state's secretary of state business site and do it yourself for less money and fewer headaches.

  SCAM SCAM SCAM!I used them to file my LLC and dodged so many upsells. When I received the welcome call, they questioned why I didn't want all those things and pushed their importance. The one I caved for was the $100 binder full of 'important' documents. Once I received this binder, I quickly realized that none of those documents were necessary, even at the bank. The bank required other documents, which I ended up finding through an internet search for free. They also sold me on a "one-time fee of a lifetime of business advice from my own personal business advisor!" I'm pretty sure they label their **************** Business Advisors.Unfortunately, I paid $1,500 to apply for business credit. They told me if you pay for this, you'll be able to jumpstart good credit, so that you can do more with your credit. During the first welcome call, I was told that I needed to do all these things in order for *** and ********** to view me as a business.The next call was to welcome me into my profile and to try to upsell me on more things to build credit.The next call was to walk me through the 7 vendors, then I had to pick 3 vendors to create an account with and spend $100 more for them to report to D&B. I told them from the start that I am a remote, creative services business and all of these vendors sold things that don't apply to my business like janitorial, electrical, or construction supplies.By this point, I'm furious. I voiced my concerns and they transferred me to customer care then requested another team call me later. Two days later, I got a call, gave an overview of my situation, and asked if I could be refunded. I was told that they listened to all of my call recordings and that they couldn't refund me but offered me credit to go towards future purchases.At this point, I just want to wash my hands clean and warn others from making my mistakes.DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM!!!!!! THEY ARE SALES POSING AS BUSINESS ADVISORS!

  This company is completely misleading people and scamming them out of money . They run ads under the name Inc Authority stating that they will support customers in filing paperwork for business startup for free. As someone new to starting a business I almost fell for this out of fear that I couldnt do it myself . Once I submitted an online inquiry with Inc Authority I was quoted hundreds of dollars for services and paperwork that were unnecessary and not required by my state. I spoke with a rep on the phone ***** who literally lied to me about my states regulations and claimed that I could not file my own LLC paperwork because it wouldnt be legal ..after some research with my state business office I discovered many lies the rep told me including that if I tried ti file on my own it would take 6 months (false 6-8 weeks), I needed notoriety service (untrue), that my state charges over 300 for expedited services and thats the only way to get my LLC done earlier than 6months (false 6 weeks, the fee is actually 125 to file on my own, and there are multiple price tries for expedited filing) .Please do your homework before giving these people money !!!!
