    I have been very worried about not having anything if things go bad, so i found online land sales and they have changed my life. They helped me to become a land owner and explained everything i asked to be explained. They always got back to me within a day and have always been so helpful. Id recommend this place to anyone wanting to own land for living or investment purposes!!! Thank you guys for making my dream come true!

    Everything seemed great at first. Then it started to feel more and more like a scam. First you can never reach them by phone only email and text. Second I needed to defer a payment for 100 dollars and they charged me 99$ to do.it without telling me about the fee up front. Then when I message them to get answers they completely stopped responding at all.

We have not charged any fees, we just made the deferral a fee of the same amount so it would not be due for 30 days.     First off they are definately very much a legit company. Ive done all my due diligence. Secondly their whole process was safe, fast, easy and above all painless. Just make sure to do your due diligence and read your contract carefully. Especially the Covenants section. Their staff was also very professional and polite just please note to all new comers. If it seems that they take a long time to respond don't worry about it. Most of the staff is employed remotely in *************** and there is a time difference etc...So just be patient. They will always get back to you either email, text or phone call. Thanks OLS!!!!! I will definately recommend them to anyone and buy more property in the future.

    Andrew is OK they’re real just a little slo to do things. Frustrating yes just keep after them. You come out the winner, lol. I can attest to it. I’ve had similar circumstances with them myself but it was amicable frustration in all.

    They keep giving me the runaround about never receiving the signed contract. I have proof that it was delivered to their only mailing address on **** via **** tracking number. They keep giving excuses about not receiving it, saying the accounting department didn't check the mail one week and then they just keep saying they're waiting on a response from the accounting. It's been over two weeks since delivered and now i'm beginning to think this place is not being honest and now I'm second guessing my decision to purchase from them. Which is unfortunate because I actually like the land I bought.
