    I had to forfeit the purchase of a land parcel ...it was well within the timeframe to do that ....they will not give me the money im due.They don't talk to me , they just took the $120. and refuse to return it and i want the world to know what kind of business they run ....which is basically a bunch of thieves.

    The process so far seems pretty easy. The only problem I'm having with online land sales is that they don't seem to really have any information on the lots they are selling. I had to request coordinates which shoukd definitely be given upon purchase. Also, one lot that I'm buying has some form of development on it and they can't tell me what's actually on the land. It's a bit frustrating.

    I purchased 5 acres from them. It was easy to do online. All my documents are accessible online as well as a hard copy they sent. The only complaint I may have involves physical addressing. I had to request coordinates to my land after the purchase as there was no way to chart my adventure. I had asked for a street address and was given latitude/longitude coordinates. That's fine but I don't know how to get a street address. Maybe after I pay for it and the deed comes I can g to the municipality and inquire.
