    I had my motorcycle serviced by Michael's last November. I did not get paperwork when I dropped it off, and did not get paperwrok when I picked it up. I contacted them a few weeks ago asking for copies of paperwrok I have signed, specifically the paper that shows tech noted and my signature. ***** told me the paperwork has been filed but he would try to get me a photo copy, I did get a copy of of a work order from the service dept at the time I talked to *****, but it's not what I need. There was a failure with the bike that turned out to be warranty work. I need the information I'm asking for to be included with my records. ***** is no longer returning my text messages.

    This customers motorcycle was brought in to our shop on 9/3/2024 for a full service with valve check. At the time of drop off the customer was supplied with a copy of the initial estimate for the work to be performed. At that time there is no tech notes in the estimate as the technician has not yet performed any work. We performed the full service and inspected the valves. At the time of pick up, 9/18/2024, we did give the customer a copy of the Repair Order with the technicians notes included. The customer called me 7 months later on 4/28/2025 saying there was an issue with the motorcycle and he wanted a copy of his paperwork, which was the same paperwork we gave him at pick up. I re-printed a copy of the paperwork for him and he came down and picked it up.

    I am rejecting this response because: The dealership is wrong, I did not receive a copy when I picked up the bike. When the problem with the bike occured, they would not allow me to bring the bike to them, so I went to another dealer that accepted the bike the same day. All I'm asking for is a copy of the paperwork they claim I was given, including tech noted, when I picked up the bike, they have admitted they have the paperwork I need a copy of. The dealer has been very difficult to deal with.

    We purchased an ATV from Michael's Reno Sports in February 2023. The sales person included an extended warranty that my husband was lead to believe was being offered as part of the overall price. It was $571 on a $6,800. purchase. When my husband got home (within 4-5 hours of purchasing the item), I noticed the charge. We contacted the dealership and the finance director (Justin) said he could cancel the warranty but it required completion of some paperwork. He sent us a form to initiate the cancellation, which we completed and returned immediately. After that, we expected to see a credit on the card we used for the purchase. We tried but could NEVER reach anyone in the business office to determine when we could expect a refund. Our calls went to voicemail and were never answered. So, we then reached out to the store's general manager and we were informed that the cancellation could take a couple of months because the warranty company was slow in processing these requests. We called every month until August for updates! Every time, we were told that the refund had been processed and to wait. In August, the manager of the store told me that he PERSONALLY approved our request and there should be a credit on the card we used for the purchase. I left for an extended trip and did not follow-up upon my return because we have had other pressing family matters that took our attention. In retrospect, I should have been suspicious when they would never produce the refund paperwork. We believe this was all a ruse to frustrate us and get us to stop calling/give up. This is a very unfair business practice in my opinion.
