    *********************** Powersports installed an hour meter in my boat that doesnt work. They did a 30 hour service on my boat motor and now it will not power in reverse. While servicing my boat motor they backed the motor into a roll up door that was too low and scratched the motor housing. In doing warranty work on my new boat the decal was scratched and mangled. In lieu of having the factory send out a new decal they had a local guy come out and match it up. I made an appointment to have warranty work done. They said it would take two to three days. They had my boat for five ********************* the Service Manager refuses to return phone calls This is a terrible place to do business with.

    This was a boat that was not purchased from **. He was to bring the boat in to ** in November and could not get here because of weather. The part Yamaha sent to ** was the wrong color they had to make another one and sent it out. The service we did has nothing to do with not powering in reverse (that is probably a warranty issue) and the meter that we installed would normally be something that we would ask the customer to bring the boat back in and we would make it right, however he refused to pay for the work we did. He never paid ** for any of the work that was apart from warranty. He just wants ** to work on his boat for free and thinks we should do this because we sell G3 Boats. We have gone above and beyond for him. The scratch we put on the boat we made right and had the work done by a professional company. We are not returning his calls as we have told him he will have to take it back to the dealer he purchased it from.
