      I signed up online on their website for a 30K maintenance package that included an oil change. It listed the price as $93.99. So I clicked on it and scheduled it. Went in the next day for my appointment and was told that the was an error on the webpage and that actual price was $1295.00. I said that wasn't right or fair so just do the oil change. THIS IS FALSE ADVERTISING . OR BAIT AND SWITH WHICH IS ILLEGAL. They should have had to honor the price they list on their website.

      The collision center lacks friendly customer service. My car has been there for almost 2 months now, and when I call ( *************************), nobody answers. I've sent emails asking about the status, but nobody replies. The two times they've answered my calls, they've lied to me about when my car will be ready, but it hasn't been true. I've been patient and polite, but at this point, I feel frustrated and deceived. They don't want to give me an estimated time, and they always give me the same response: "the parts are here, we just need to assemble them." Don't ever go to Honda Collision Center.
