1 starI took my car in for service at Champion Chevrolet in **** and was never informed that it was ready the same day I dropped it off. I waited for over three days, thinking the work wasnt done, and only found out after calling multiple times to check. Meanwhile, I had to rent a car just to get to work, which cost me extra money I shouldnt have had to ******** make matters worse, before anyone told me my car was ready, I got a call from their sales team trying to sell me another vehicle and after telling them Ill never buy a car from them again due to previous experiences there, they finally picked up the phone and told me my car was ready, after 5 days.When I went to pick it up, ****** lied to me saying the he tried to call but I never received a missed call from him, and I lied again saying that my car was ready three days after I left it. When I received the invoice it clearly says that my car was ready the same day. That was incredibly unprofessional and felt like a sales tactic taking advantage of the situation.This was frustrating, costly, and completely avoidable with better communication. I expected more from a dealership that claims to care about its customers. I will think twice before even considering this place.Review fromBrian P

1 starInquired about a used vehicle online and was met with a quick response. Later when trying to nail down a CASH price for the vehicle, a back and forth conversation took place and a price was made by the salesman on what exactly the COULD sale the vehicle for, so my wife and daughter went to test drive the **** The next day, I could not get the salesman to return emails, (he was working that day) so I went ahead and texted him on his phone, and at that point he said he had 'made a mistake' and sent me the wrong price, even though I had the email that CLEARLY showed what Champion said they would sell it for. Underhanded as any car dealer in the **********. That's "HOW THEY DO THAT!"Review fromMichael H

1 starTook over 30 days to pay off a trade, which resulted in a late payment then lied. First said check was sent out and my previous finance company was processing the check, then when late payment hit my credit said they had a check returned, which is still on them. Cancelled the ** extended warranty, but finance refused to talk to me instead made the receptionist hand me a paper and said someone would call me that day. 2 days passed without a call.When I called back to check on it, the response was I think that went through and I would know when I see the current finance company adjusts the price financed. No proof that they actually cancelled the warranty, which was 4K. Just want me to take their word just like the pay off for the vehicle I traded in.Review fromJessica D

This place is a joke! After already putting $15k down on a used truck they are pushing for more a lot more 2 weeks after purchase make this make sense!! Even after a trade with a truck one year newer!! I refuse to do business with this company again I suggest you do your research because these men will try any trick for an extra buck!

Minus 5 stars!!! Crooks! We brought our truck in for a repair. After being told there was NO way to fix it because it was a part that wouldnt come in until December or January **** and they stressed it was a big IF. They stated consumers have been waiting years for this particular part. We did our own research and even wrecking yards said there is a list a mile long of consumers waiting for this specific part. We could buy an After market part but ***** would have to configure the computer with no guarantees or warranty because the ** part wasnt available. The dealership even said theyd have to wait as long as we would to repair and sell. CROOKS. Thinking it would be 6 months waiting and we needed a truck, we were encouraged to buy a new one or park our truck and wait!! We traded and sadly purchased a new one. Today the broken down truck (which was owned free and clear) is now listed for sale, just weeks later on their lot. The online picture is not our truck but the details list the *** so I know it was our truck! How? Why? They took complete advantage and we fell for it. We wont ever recommend this business, EVER. THEY LIED and should be punished. Our punishment is payments again, higher insurance costs, higher registration fees and its just NOT right!Champion Chevrolet

Our General Sales Manager attempted to reach out to *******************, however the customer would not return his call. The vehicle that was traded in, is still in our ************** awaiting a TCM (Transmission Control Module). The part is currently on back order from the manufacturer with no ETA. The vehicle is still in the same ************** Parking lot space since the day it was diagnosed. The vehicle is not currently for sale as it has not been repaired as of this date. As part of our marketing system, all vehicles that have been traded in will show in inventory, however, cannot be sold until they have been repaired and gone through a complete and thorough vehicle inspection. Again, this vehicle is not currently able to be sold or shown for sale do to the state of non-operable.
