      The Dolan family operates a shameless and unprofessional business. They managed to scratch my car after my car repair. I asked to send pictures prior to my car repair ensure the condition of my car and left multiple messages to the service staff. After calling and emailing about 5 times, the reception was connected to the ***** Dolan. Left a message and never returned my call. Take responsibility of scratching my car!

      My husband and I were discriminated against at this establishment today. We made an appointment, drove 111 miles to purchase our dream car only to be treated indifferent. Our appointment and negotiations were in process but when another customer (white female) pulled up for her appointment scheduled after us, ***** dropped everything for her and never returned to finish helping us. My husband had to call ***** after 30 min to find out why he was not returning to start our application process. When he returned with his manager ****** we were told they sold the car to the (white female) without any explanation other than she was a (local) even though our dealings were in order. We had no defense, these men would not hear us out, gave us no other explanation, and had no remorse as they kicked us out. Do not do business with men nor Dolans because this BAD business.

      The service department at this dealership is disorganized at best and downright irresponsible at worst. While I've had other poor experiences here (like then leaving a pin in a new engine, causing a hole in my AC hose) my most recent experience was just downright embarrasing.I brought my car in, without an appointment. I was told it would probably take a week to squeeze me in, no problem. Got a call in a week $2100 repair. A bummer, but okay. Was told the part takes about a week and then they'll get to it.Two weeks go by. We're up to 3 weeks. I called again and was told my original service advisor no longer works there and that my car had been sitting for a week without action. I was then told they ordered THE WRONG PART and installed it. I was not told this until I called to check in.After initially being told my bill would be over $5k, I was able to speak to the asst. service *******. She told me she would see what she could do and the part would be expedited. I never received a call back that Friday.I called Monday, and spoke to my new advisor, ****. He confirmed they got the part and are still awaiting a resolution on pricing.I figured it would take a few days for the repair, but again. Lack of communication persisted. I called on Thursday, **** was out sick. I escalated to the service ******* directly.... and had to repeat myself, again. No notes have been left this entire time. He advised I wouldn't pay more and he'd check on the status. I called Friday. Got the asst service *******. She said 'my car is next'. I got my car that afternoon. So to clarify, it took an entire month for my car to be repaired. An additional week after being notified of their incorrect diagnosis. I paid both my car payment and insurance during this time, but had no car. Both the ******* and asst. ******* were unhelpful and unempathetic to their mess of a department. **** was the only person I found pleasant. I will never return and hope their management team improves.

      My family have been a loyal customer of **********************, ************ and ***** since 2011, but my recent experience has left me deeply dissatisfied. While bringing in my vehicle for servicing, I expressed interest in a **** CX-50 Premium Plus and decided to inquire about the trade-in value for my 2023 CX-5 with only ****** miles.Despite minor accident history, all repairs were diligently handled by the recommended Bodyshop, ensuring my car was in pristine condition, with only a small scratch (smaller than a square sticky note) remaining. To my dismay, the dealership offered a trade-in value of $15,000, claiming a depreciation of over 50% within less than a year.This valuation was shockingly low, so wanted alternative offers to back this up, and received offers ranging from $21,000 to $24,500 from other sources. (Including Carmax **** and the Mazda Roseville) It appears that Dolan Mazda attempted to undervalue my car, potentially for a substantial profit margin upon resale.Such practices are unacceptable, and I caution others against trading their cars with Dolan. This experience has tarnished my trust in their business integrity and left me considering alternative dealerships for my future automotive needs.

      Worst experience I have ever had.I had the displeasure of dealing with these guys because of some recalls on my car. They treated me poorly throughout the whole process. I went without a car for a long time, they treated me as if i was an inconvenience when I was in the building. They would not ************* and told me they did not have the contact information for ********************* that towed my car to **** to be fixed. While I was in the building, I had to give myself a shot of insulin and do a breathing treatment, and they never one time asked if i needed any medical assistance, and looked at me like I was shooting up drugs. I have never been treated so poorly by anyone in my life, let alone a professional dealership that runs because of paying customers like me. This business is full of rude employees. I am making this review in hopes that someone will read it and it will save them from having the same terrible experience I did.
