    I placed an order for 2 willow door baskets on June 9th- standard shipping. Received email confirmation right away that the order was placed. Also received a tracking number.
    The label was created on June 9th and has been waiting on item since then. I have checked tracking every day with no new updates. I emailed the company.on June 15 inquiring where my product is and they promptly responded with “ there may be a delay due to customs clearance and that they closely working with the parties that are involved in shipping. And sent me some bogus tracking link.
    I would just like a refund on my items!

    I placed an order on this website through ********. I received an email order confirmation and tracking number. I never received the product. The last tracking information said the parcel was in my area 2 days ago. I emailed several times, they don't reply. The phone number is disconnected too. The shipping address states it's imported from China, not from their store. My charge was $27.19 and my bank will reverse the charge.

    02/10/2025, order # *****, I purchased a Distressed hinge window frame, in the amount $ 83.99 when checked days later the account listed the item “not shipped”, No other info provided for explaining. today I noticed they withdrew the money on 02/11/2025 from my account.     I purchased some items on The Elegant Fairy's website on Jan 18th. I never received an email confirmation. I did receive a pop-up screen stating "PAYMENT SUCCESS!" with a transaction number: *****************. It also stated the total which was $58.37.

    I emailed the company with not response. Emailed again 5 days later and also called their phone number. The phone number kept giving me a busy signal. So at this point I believe it's a fraudulent site. I used my debit card and since that time (Jan 18th) an unauthorized transaction appeared on my account. I have since closed that account associated with that card. Not sure how I will get my refund?

    We ordered a dress for my daughter in college. The dress arrived wrong style, wrong color, wrong size and late for the event. We were told to return it to China, which we did. We were told they would refund the $63 cost to ship it back to China. We were refunded the dress amount but never the cost to ship to China. Emails go unanswered and the phone is off the hook.

    The dress that was ordered DID NOT MEET website description AT ALL! Tried calling there phone number listed on website and DID NOT WORK. Second red flag!! I fortunately got an email response saying dress would be refunded once sent back to China on my own dime first with SHIPPING REIMBURSEMENT of $61.50. Dress was refunded and I tracked it USPS to China customs and have emailed them MULTIPLE TIMES and NOTHING for REIMBURSEMENT. THIS COMPANY NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN!

    I purchased a dress from The Elegant Fairy on September 13, 2024, and they quickly withdrew my $84.15. A few days later, I received an email confirming my item had shipped. However, The Elegant Fairy provided incorrect shipping details, and I never received the item. The phone number provided by the fake business does not work. i want a refund!

    This website is a scam 100 percent. The company is misrepresenting being located in Reno, NV when in fact it is a company in China, shipping items from China that are nothing like what is pictured on the website. Once you receive your item, that is obviously not what you expected, they request you email to initiate a return. The response becomes they are not able to provided a shipping label so it is up to you to ship back to the address provided in China or "for your convenience" they can provide a partial refund (30% was my offer) to save you the trouble.

    Regrettably, due to current logistics arrangements, we are unable to provide prepaid label services directly at this time.
    This is due to the complexities and limitations of international shipping services. Our logistics partners have not established the necessary service, making it difficult for us to provide the required prepaid labels directly.
    Nonetheless, we value your return request greatly and aim to offer the best possible solution. If you agree, you can arrange the logistics yourself, and upon receiving the returned goods, we will promptly process your refund and reimburse your shipping costs. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused.

    The committed to provide me the dress I ordered: Stories from the Garden Midi Dress Orange
    I returned the product and followed their instructions. There were many email exchanges (uploaded) as we negotiated a return price. The agreement finalized at $85.00

    The business said they had an issue processing the credit of $85.00 with their system and would reprocess within 2 days and to look for the credit. I found the original charge on my credit card but no reimbursement to date. I then sent them a follow-up email explaining I had not received the credit. No further communications have been received from them. I followed up several times on their phone line but goes to a recording. Have left message.
