    Order thee***** placed 7/9 and paid for expedited shipping. Received bogus USPS tracking number and no additional way to track. Tried unsuccessfully to contact company via email and phone number in Reno. What do I do now?

    I received the completely wrong item and when I requested a refund I was told I can ship the item back to the distributer in China but if the item gets lost in the mail there would be no refund. Upon further research, the product advertised on their website was actually a photo taken from another online retailer. Below is the scam link from Elegant Fairy and the website they stole the image from:

    Order ******************** placed on 3/2/24 on their website ************************************************************************************************************************************************************************* no product has been received. Requested a refund on 3/25/24 as order had not been received yet and was told a refund would be issued within 5-7 business days. As of today 5/8/24 no refund has been issued.

    I bought a dress from this company online on March 24th for a total of $66.75. I did not receive my dress until April 4th. After trying on I realized it was to big and needed to ship bag. After contacting the email I was told to ship back to China and I would revive refund after my package is received. I went to USPS and shipped my package off on April 11. After being charged $30.55 I sent and email to the customer service email and sent over the tracking number as well. It has now been over a month and I have not received a refund for either payments. I also have been trying to email and now I have been ghosted. I just want a total refund of $97.30.
