      Very dissatisfied with their customer service, lack of communication, and how long the appraisal has taken. Appraisal was sent back for revisions two weeks ago, and they only will respond with we are working on it.

      This Clear Capital, Inc. employs very unprofessional people. The data collector was 2.5 hours late for the appointment then tried to blame me saying that I did not confirm the date and time, which I did on the text message that was sent to me. When they did not appear at the given time, I sent a text message, then an email, then a phone call (the mail box was full.) There was no response to any of these. When they finally arrived there was no explanation or apology given. The data collector did not appear confident, couldnt answer simple questions, and was not familiar with electronic devices in the home (didnt recognize the security system panel.) This whole new way of appraising a home dwelling is invasive, impersonal, and inadequate.
