    These water filters are amazing! It actually comes with a PH tester so you can see that your water becomes more Alkaline. I've been testing all kinds of different water sources and it's very interesting to see. I feel more energized when I drink alkaline water and I always spend the extra money to upgrade to the fluoride filters. Your body is mostly water so might as well drink the good stuff !!

    I spent over $3,000 for a water ionizer and RO system in January of 2023. I was told by the salesman ****** that "the system was incredibly easy to install and that I shouldn't hire a plumber without having him watch the same video I should before installing this." I was also told that the plumber would more than likely "overcomplicate the install and mess it up." Takin his advice at heart the system sat in my garage for 9 months as my wife and I moved and welcomed a new baby. Of course it was wildly complicated and I was too busy to dedicate the 4 hours it ended up taking the first professional I hired to install this system. The best part is that it literally never worked. Once installed it made noise but never actually produced any water. I hired a second plumber to get a second set of eyes on it and he was unable to get it installed either. I reached out to the company and was informed that I was past the 60 day return window for refunds ******* has it as 30 so they're messaging is inconsistent). They told me that I could face time their tech team to resolve the issue. I did and they informed me it was a fuse issue and suggested that it was a simple fit! I just needed to go to a hardware store, buy a new fuse and install it myself. They're not wrong as that is a simple solution however I was lied to about the install of this system and refused that option. They could run my card a lie to me about "how easy this is to install" then they can send someone to do it and stop wasting more of my time and money. The most interesting part is that I was told by one of their CEO *************** told me in an email that I was scammed by, "over-zealous dealer or affiliate who was simply trying too hard to gain my interest in the potential of earning 1099 income." LITERALLY HIS WORDS TO ME! Also worth mentioning that the "over-zealous dealer/affiliate marketer" he was referring to was a 16 YEAR EMPLOYEE WITH HIS COMPANY! Needless to say I never received a refund or a repaired unit.

    Dear Mr. Feldman,

    We appreciate your feedback. To reiterate our discussions via email:

    Your request for a refund was made 9 months outside of our (generous) 60-day return policy.

    Your issue was a blown fuse. The fuse is there to protect the sensitive electronics in the event of a power fluctuation. We supply an extra with the ionizer.

    Replacing a fuse is simple; open the external fuse holder, and replace the fuse. We offered to replace it. You refused.

    Trying to accommodate you, we even offered to send you a brand-new unit, which you also refused.

    Ultimately, you sent us the ionizer. We replaced the fuse. Subsequent testing shows it works perfectly to specs.

    We offered to return the ionizer with a free surge protector to prevent blown fuses from power surges.

    You informed us you had moved and did not want the system anymore. You did not provide us with your new address.

    We remain happy to return your ionizer with a free surge protector. Simply send us an email to [email protected] with your new address and we will ship it back to you.

    Right now I am giving these guys a zero star My 87-year-old mother and I bought a whole home Water Filtration System from ultimate Water and Alkaviva water systems ***** and ****** were the sales reps **** had *********************** who is a licensed contractor they hired him for the job to install the whole home Water Filtration System Which went all bad it was a 12 hour install I wont even go into what happened before the install but during the install he had to call two other friends to come make sure he was doing it right hooked it up backwards never even turned on the system to check it so for two weeks we thought we were getting filtered water when they finally did turn it on after two weeks it leaked we said thats it weve had enough we want a complete refund this was almost a month ago we have not yet to see a ***** of a refund and Ive gone back-and-forth numerous times with the company the guys that sold it to us even the installer who we have got $490 back out of $8500. Pieces of s*** in my book. Im glad I was here or otherwise my mother wouldve been pillaged for all that money and still not been having ultimate drinking water or showering water unbelievable a******* the whole company can go to h***

Our records indicate that a refund was issued back to your card ending in **** on September 5th. Typically, it takes between 5 10 business days for a refund to post, depending on your bank. If you dont see it after the 10th business day, please feel free to reach out to us and we will do everything in our power to ensure that you get your refund.A total amount of $1,255.76, was refunded and the Splitit plan was canceled. You will not incur further charges. As far as the installation goes, we recommend that you use a licensed and bonded contractor so that no issues occur. We hold no liability as far as the installation goes and any mistakes made during installation are not made on our behalf.
