The wheelchair arived in a decent time Frame, no complaints there.
The duality seems nice and sturdy, no complaints there.
Now where I have my issue.
The Company Advertises the Wheelchair as 20 inch°° wide but it actually is about 24.5 inches wide. So we had to send it back because it wouldn't fit through the doors.
So now comes the sneaky part they advertise a free 30 day return- well it is not, it is a 7 day free return and after that you pay for return and a 1o% restock fee. All in the fine print buried under a ton of stuff you have to read before you even get to that part.
SO- if you find out you have to send the chair back your basically getting screwed out of about $300 return and restock fee.

All star wheelchairs has been a tremendous company to purchase from! Not only are their wheelchairs the best I have ever used but they also have the best customer service! We purchased an ultra lightweight model for my grandad about four months ago and it arrived in just 3 days, we even had it setup and our grandad doing laps around the driveway before the sun went down the same day it arrived! 4 months in the chair is still working just as well as the day it arrived and my grandad has been able to use it to go to visit his brother two states over as well as a week long trip to the tropics. Overall this wheelchair has been a great purchase from a great company!All Star Wheelchairs

Just want to say that I'm really enjoying my All Star Wheelchair. We've been joking that my husband got me an electric chair for my birthday. I wasn't sure how safe it would be to sit in an electric chair, but I'm so glad now that I did. I still use my ****** at night, but it's become increasingly difficult for me to get around with just the ******. This chair is amazing! My husband researched chairs and chose this one for its features and the "bang for the buck." It arrived about a week after we ordered it. My life is quickly changing. I feel so free and independent, and I'm quickly getting better at moving around by joystick. We are loving having this power chair so much that we just ordered another one, so we can have one ready to go, in the car, all the time. My husband had a few questions recently, so he called the company, and they answered all his concerns with good information. Everyone we've spoken with has been cordial and helpful. We are so glad we chose All Star for our venture into the world of electric/power chairs.All Star Wheelchairs

Im very pleased with my wheelchair and how it performs. I easily get around in shopping malls and restaurants without any worries. I keep up with people who are walking with me, especially my wife, who no longer has to hunch over and push me in a standard wheelchair! It preserves my independence and dignity, saves my back and hips from pain and gives me a great sense of comfort. I have lung issues that prevent me from walking much but using my wheelchair saves my breath. Its so responsive to my touch and very smooth over thresholds and bumps on floors and roads. Its so comfortable that I dont need an additional cushion. The battery lasts forever and charges up quickly. I may buy a second battery just to alternate usage between two. Im 1000% pleased with my All Star Wheelchair and give it 5 stars ?? and highly recommend it. Thank you and your helpful staff!All Star Wheelchairs

I bought a wheelchair from All Star about a year ago and love it. Every time i go into town people compliment me on it. They really seem to like it too and when they learn it folds they are very impressed. I spend a lot of time explaining where I got it, how it works and what it costs. I'm certain I have been responsible for a few sales already!If you're thinking of getting a chair I highly recommend one from All Star wheelchairs. It's easy to use and dependable and the rear tires make it a super comfortable ride because they're filled with air and not just solid rubber. I love this chair and I think almost anyone else would as well.All Star Wheelchairs

After 4 years of living with severe back pain my physical therapist recommended that I upgrade from a standing ****** to an electric wheelchair. When I began searching for one the name All Star Wheelchairs kept coming up so I reached out to them for more information. Their support team very quickly quelled all of concerns around buying an electric wheelchair and I had an order placed within the day. I was pleasantly surprised that the wheelchair arrived in only 3 days but I was very happy that it unfolded right out the box and after a quick charger I was cruising up and down my drive way in seconds, a journey that would have taken me 10 to 15 minutes with my old standing ******! I am happy to say this wheelchair has greatly improved my life and I do not know what I would have done without it.All Star Wheelchairs

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE! THE FOLLOWING E-MAIL SAYS IT ALL!Dear All Star Wheelchairs: This is a SECOND demand for you to cancel my order and return my finds to my ****** account. You indicated that your company is experiencing "unforeseen logistical challenges" that have caused the delay of shipping my order. Additionally, your statement to me that "when packages are traveling long distances, they most likely won't be scanned until they reach their destination hub" is patently UNTRUE. I have had a recent conversation with my local *** facility and they have advised me that the instant a shipment is transferred into the custody of the ***, it is scanned into their data base as a matter of their requirement to establish a chain of custody in the event the item being shipped is lost, misplaced, or stolen. As of this writing, the *** tracking site for this order, *** tracking number **** and the notation "*** doesnt have possession of the package yet" is prima facie evidence that All Star Wheel Chairs, has failed to release this purchase to *** for delivery. I have searched your company's history with the BBB and have learned that you DO NOT subscribe to the BBB and there have been several complaints about All Star Wheel Chairs which have gone unanswered and ignored. This finding is terribly disappointing. Just to refresh this conversation: (1.) You have lied to me regarding the shipment of my purchase via ***. (2) You have stated that your company will deliver my purchase within 5 - 7 days. As of this writing it is impossible for me to place any confidence in All Star Wheel Chairs, its employees, or its products. I truly encourage you to do the RIGHT thing. We take great pride in having quick and efficient shipping times and unfortunately in this case we were unable to provide those. According to our records you purchased your wheelchair on the 27th of February 2025, on the 8th of March you disputed the charge of $1,514.99 for the purchase of your wheelchair, due to shipping delays, which is absolutely your right as a customer. Since then, on at least three separate occasions, you have reached out to us via phone and email requesting a refund. On each of these occasions we have attempted to explain that since a dispute was filed through ****** we are unable to refund the balance of your purchase as we do not possess it anymore and it is being held by ******/your banking institution until or before the decision date of the dispute which is the 16th of April 2025 at 8:00pm. As a recent above the knee amputee, I was in the market for an electric wheelchair.After reading many online reviews on multiple electric wheelchairs, I went with the ***************************** Wheelchair. Before purchasing I had a couple of questions about the performance of the wheelchair. I reached out to the Company for answers. ****** and ***** were quick to respond to, and answer my questions.Shipping was fast, and setup was very simple. Charging the wheelchair is straight forward and easy. I've had the wheelchair for a few months now, and am very happy with its performance. I've taken the wheelchair on gravel roads, and grass surfaces and it handles them with ease. Looking forward to traveling to ******** this summer, and cruising around with my electric wheelchair. One of the selling points for me was that it's *** approved. I'm currently in rehab for my amputation, and I get compliments all the time on the style and looks of the wheelchair from doctor's, staff, and patients. Only time and miles will tell on how the All Star Wheelchair holds up, but so far for me I'm a happy customer. Junk! Received the chair and it stopped working within a couple of months. I called and was told i had to have a technician look at it and then they'll provide any parts. Of course I couldn't get a refund or replacement chair. So I paid for the tech, ordered the part which took FOREVER to arrive and guess what?! Still doesn't work. It's been so frustrating that I'm out over $1600 for a chair that my dad barely used. If you are reading this....please don't buy this chair. Not worth it.All Star Wheelchairs

Less than one star. Chairs are junk and they are unprofessional and rude. Like another reviewer I had a flat tire issue immediately and they wanted to charge me for a new inner tube. The.
