      They get your money and they are not available for anything you need to ask about their products save yourself a headache and just keep your money, this company is a pain in the a**

      This customer has been calling for a flat tire issue with her nephew's chair we have provided information letting her know we do not provide service and it is clearly stated in our warranty. She complains because she wants us to do provide service we do not.

      We sent her a replacement wheel & inner tube to resolve issue. Unfortunately it was shipped to her address as opposed to the shipping address she provided for her nephew. We apologized and suggested she mail it to him since obviously we could not stop the shipment. Then she wanted us to ship it to him as well. We have tried to help but some people just want everything done for them and unfortunately we have company policies.

      We apologized and tried to help but that did not seem enough and it is a real shame that we get bad reviews for customers who are so difficult to understand and cooperate.

      Purchased a chair from them and while test driving it, it kept shutting off. We called customer service and they sent a replacement charger. It didnt fix the issue and now we cant get anyone to help is with other solutions or to start a return.
