    I was added to their mailing list without my permission. I tried to unsubscribe with email link & they never took me off. I recently changed to a different security app and it will not take me to their unsubscribe link, but gives me this message: Suspicious page blocked for your protection ********************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************** Your connection to this web page is not safe due to an unmatching security certificate.     This company has been spamming my email account for months now. I receive multiple spam emails per day from multiple domains with various titles, i.e., "School of Word Play", "Funny Editor", "Santa Letter", "CarShield", "Windows BY Andersen Renewal", and more. I have never subscribed to any service associated with this company. They have many complaints regarding their aggressive scam / spam tactics. I will not use the unsubscribe feature because I know their game and in many cases, the unsubscribe link does not work. I will be reporting them to the Attorney General office in Arizina and their supposed location which is looks to be a rental mailbox or a residence in Nevada as well as the FTC unless they cease and desist immediately from spamming me.

    Reactive resources LLC spams several email accounts that I own with constant, incessant advertising and unwanted marketing material. Dozens of fake businesses that they’ve invented to peddle ads have “columns”, about half cooking related. Unsubscribing does absolutely nothing. This practice is unacceptable.

    I get multiple spam emails from this business from DIFFERENT domains. The domains are different only by something like “sp1.domain” or “sp2.domain” in the domain name, so I can’t even block one sender and be done with it. The spam emails are all titled “?????? Funny Editor??????” or “??????Good Clean Humor??????” I never subscribed to any of these lists. I don’t want to receive these spam emails.

    They send an endless chain of spam from different email addresses that go to my inbox, not spam folder. I unsubscribe from each one but they still keep coming and more of them too. I want to block them from sending me these but they all come from different emails. Can you shut them down or explain how to block them from sending me emails?

    i receive multiple daily spam from this company. I have tried to unsubscribe but the link they provide does not work. It looks like they have multiple email addresses so if you block one they just sent it from a different email address. After reading the other complaints I am wondering what can be done about this? As stated in a prior complaint... If the BBB is not going to help, please remove them from your network so people don't continue to file a complaint with your organization.

    This email was unsubscribed from our mailing list on September 27. We have no record in our system of this user asking to be unsubscribed prior to receipt of this complaint. Each of our emails contains a unsubscribe link and a user may unsubscribe at any time by clicking on that link or by replying to an email and asking to be unsubscribed. We received neither from this user.

    I am rejecting this response because: 

    There is no link.  The word unsubscribe is there but when you click on it absolutely nothing happens. It does not take you to another page to unscribe. It does not unscribe you. It is just another word at the bottom of the page. It doesn't matter what email you get from them. They are all the same.

    I get incessant spam from them. I dont even know how they got my email. I emailed their **************** to remove me from their email list. Still not done.

    I get DAILY spam ad's from this company. Not sure how they got my email address and I don't want to click unsubscribe because i'm sure I will get 1000's of more spam emails. I did block them from my email provider but they continue to send me spam from another address. You already gave them a "F" rating. Can ANYONE at BBB contact them and tell them about the multiple complaints? If not, you are no help and please remove them from your network so people don't continue to file a complaint with your organization.

    On June 27th 2023 I received an email from a company called tonefitpro. The email stated I had rewards from cosco. You had a choice of several small awards and only had to pay shipping charges. I selected a pair of earbuds and payed the shipping charge with my debit card. I received the earbuds a week later on July 6th. This morning while checking my bank statement on line I noticed a charge of $101.31. No information was given other than a telephone number. I called this number and it was to a company called tonefitpro which is the company that the earbuds came from. They checked all records and assured me that they had not charged me with the $101.31. I then went back to the email from the 27th of June and found out it was in some way connected to Reactive resources LLC in Sparks NV .I have attempted to contact this company but have gotten no response as of yet.Can you please help me .I have no idea what to do. I went to my bank and they are going to dispute the charge but I need to know how to stop this from happening again and to find out how they could get away with this scam.I receive nothing but earbuds and paid the shipping charges. I guess they got my debit card number from this and now look what has happened.
