I joined Costco yesterday. Today I received an email to fill out Costco survey. I gave them my address.email, cell phone number. They asked me to choose a reward item then asked me for my credit card info to pay for shipping. I took a pause, called Costco club in Avon Ohio & they said it was not from them. Thank *** I didn’t provide all credit card information. I do not know how they knew U joined Costco yesterday - very scary. I was scammed in think I was taking a survey from cvs pharmacy. I paid S&H for a free product and now I'm being charged monthly for this crappie product. I've went as far as canceling my card.Initial Complaint

On 6/16/23 I received an email regarding CVS Shopper Reward. i completed the survey and was told that I was eligible for 1 reward. I selected the Herts Dash Cam. The website '************************ stated that I should pay shipping and handling of $5.80. The site also said "Easy Returns" "30 days guarantee'. The above amt from Magnificent Craft Supply was first declined by Capital One (my cc company) and only confirmed after my acceptance. To my disbelief I saw a payment of $89.95 billed to a different company (Prosperousga with phone number ###-###-####. First I contacted Capital One on 6/17/23 who told me to contact the merchant. I did so and told them to cancel the transaction. I was given a cancellation number and told that I would be refunded. I waited and called back after receiving the "product-dah cam) and no refund. The second representative told me that the seller does not accept returns and that only the subscription aspect was cancelled and not eh purchase. I will be returning this package as soon as possible via certified mail.Initial Complaint

For several months, Reactive Resources in Sparks, NV, has been spamming me relentlessly. I don't trust their unsubscribe button, but constantly block their e-mail. They must change e-mails frequently, because their "School of Word Play" e-mails keep coming. How do I get this to stop?Initial Complaint

i received an email from Costco or what i thought was costco saying i had only to complete a survey in order to be eligible for up to a $500 gift. Being a member of costco and thinking it was legit, i took the survey and out of the available rewards i picked a small prize. I was told to only pay the shipping which i did with a credit card. The shipping was $6.95 and i paid it on April 25th. The item was delivered and was a piece of crap which i figured i shouldn't have bought it anyway. I even chalked it up as my own mistake. But the/n they took an additional $68.89 out on May 1st!!! I did not authorize this and have copies of everything. What can i do to get my money back? I am almost 70 years old and its a shame to get scammed like this! Can you help meInitial Complaint

Business continues to send UNWANTED and Undesirable emails to me on a daily basis. I NEVER signed up for ANY of their marketing and want it to STOP IMMEDIATELY and a fine be imposed. A truly trash company that should be penalized for their intentional and irritating actions against innocent victims.
