      I had gone to retrieve my new prescription reading eye glasses, when l put them on immediately blurry. The girl helping me advised me to give them one or two weeks of wear that my eyes would adjust seeing that l have "Astigmatism"? WOW, have never heard that one before? I have been wearing prescription reading glasses now for over thirty years.Funny thing. Moerdick never mentioned to me "Astigmatism" after my eye exam close to two months ago.I believe that something went wrong in error! ?? Possibly the eye glasses prescription, manufacturingHorrible experience. Your better off going to lense crafters. Some place else would be less expensive as well. The optometrist and staff are real morons.

      They told me I needed cataract surgery and could get new glasses after. So I had it done. Went in for post surgical eye exam and AFTER they told me my insurance wont cover the glasses needed. Turns out Pritchett knew my insurance wasnt going to pay for that but they didnt tell me until I came in for exam and was waiting to pick out my new frame. Girl came up to me and said oh btw your insurance wont cover glasses until ******************** person named ****** called to tell me they wont pay for glasses, of course my response was , why didnt you tell me before?She was rude, nasty and the whole place is very unprofessional!As a senior on social security, I cannot afford glasses and unfortunately will go without til November thanks to ***************** Blue Shield!Had I known all this I would not have had surgery at all!
